For example I have been a customer for about a year and always get the same service (threading eyebrows) the lady ALWAYS ask if I want to get another location done every time i come in, this can be a bit annoying & frustrating. I find that to be very disrespectful & not welcoming at all with the services provided. 2nd, there is a newer lady who I've never seen before, she is rude & always has an attitude when she threads. She threads hard where it is painful & not like the other lady's who does it with little to no pain at all. All I want is for people to understand that you are a guest & should feel welcomed, friendly and not be judged by this place.
