This nail salon does good work, but the endless extra fees are honestly ridiculous. And I'm not…read moreexaggerating, they charge for everything!! If your acrylics have grown out and you decide to keep the same length instead of having them cut down, that's an extra $5 on top of what you're already paying for a refill. How does that even make sense? You're literally paying an extra fee to keep the same nails. They also charge another $5 just to reshape the sides, and if you want to use different colors on different nails (not designs or ombré, just plain colors), guess what, another $5. So if you decide to come here, just know you'll probably end up paying at least $20-$30+ more than what's listed on their menu. I don't mind paying for quality work but the constant add-on charges make the whole experience feel more money hungry than customer friendly. I found another salon I really like that doesn't do all of this, and I truly appreciate them for it!

Once you arrive and check in you are ushered to your service area and given a drink menu of complimentary beverages. The Jack and Coke was heavenly after a long day of work. I was made comfortable and given a warm neck massager thingee that was very relaxing.I had a Deluxe Gel Manicure and the Milk and Honey Pedicure $50 and totally worth it as it includes an14 minute foot massage, real milk and honey, exfoliation and paraffin wax. I previously got the Deluxe Pedicure for $35 , which was excellent too but the massage and the other components make it worth it !They use a timer for the massage and do a great job, which is something I appreciate as the massage is usually RUSHED at most nail salons I've been too! My Tech Lynne was gentle and thorough. Sunny has done my manicure for the second time and I will definitely be requesting this duo when I book my next appointment! The first appointment in January was at 6p and it was very busy because they close at 7p . But I was in and out . Today I went on a Friday at 3p and it was a little calmer and it did not take them long which I appreciate also, sometimes the nail salon is a chore after a long day but the fact that they work so efficiently while not compromising their work, is pretty awesome! I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like I need to warn others about my experience here…read more I came to this salon in November for a pedicure with Kim. Shortly after that visit, I started noticing inflammation, pain, and irritation around my toenail. At first, I thought it was just temporary sensitivity from the pedicure--but it never improved. Fast forward to now (March), and the issue has still not resolved. After looking into it and dealing with this for months, it's very clear that I developed a fungal infection, along with ongoing inflammation around the nail. This has been frustrating and honestly upsetting, because something that was supposed to be self-care turned into a long-term issue that I'm still dealing with months later. I can't say exactly what went wrong during my service, but I would strongly encourage this salon to take a closer look at their sanitation practices and tool hygiene. Situations like this shouldn't happen. This place is beautiful if you choose to come here, but please be cautious and pay attention to how tools are cleaned and handled.

I typically go there to see my eyebrow tech, which she is so great. She makes you feel like family. Today, I decided to try a nail service. They do provide any type of drink refreshment, even a frozen margarita. The chairs are huge and spacious for a pedicure. However, I do not like the sanitation process for the tools. I'm used to them being steamed or whatever and sealed in a package. Welp, they just spray alcohol on the tools and then I see they keep It in that blue solution. I think I am going to start bringing my own tools. Otherwise, the service was great the lady was really nice who helped me. They have a bathroom with two stalls. They use hand towels instead of paper towels.

I discussed with the ladies that my nails were damaged and I wanted a soak off and no faster steps just to be on the safe side. There was also acrylic still left on after the service was "finished".
