Mark Lee from TO plumbing snaked the line twice and it did not resolve the issue. He suggested the line needed a thorough clean out using high pressure water. He and Tony Castaneda came back that afternoon did the clean out with 100% success. It might seem strange to say this, but I love my new "Toto" toilet. I also wanted to replace my porcelain-coated iron bathroom sink that was always rusting. Before installing this new sink, he pointed out the poor condition of the hot and cold valves and water lines, which were more than 30 years old. He recommended they be replaced and I agreed. I called Best Coast Plumbing after having no luck with trying to setup a last minute faucet repair…read morefor my washer and dryer with other local plumbers and Brendan was so nice enough to squeeze me in his packed schedule. I needed the work to be done right away since I had a new washer being delivered the following day and because my faucets were so old and corroded, both the cold and hot water faucets ended up needing replacements. Brendan gave me 2 quotes which included a worst case scenario where they would have to cut through the drywall so I appreciated him for preparing me for the two possible scenarios. As it turned out, his guys showed me the issue where they had to cut through the drywall in order to remove the old faucets since the angle of the box made it difficult to remove them with a pipe wrench. In the end, they were able to replace both faucets, install a new box and even did a good job of putting the cut drywall pieces back on to so that the pipes would not be exposed. The guys were very courteous and professional and cleaned everything up once they were done. The price was comparable to other quotes I received but I chose Best Coast Plumbing because Brendan was so personable and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. I will definitely call him again for any future plumbing work.
