We just had them out again and this time the adorable, ever so smart and professional Kyler came out today, on a Saturday. We were totally ripped off for over 50K by a previous company, Zia Degrees (run), so iComfort has been are savior. They were out on time and never leave a mess. He fixed the complicated issue and spent quite a bit of time here. Again, it is Saturday. Their prices are fair and they do the job right the first time. My husband who is a contractor uses only iComfort now and they have done about 5 jobs for his. All perfect. All clean. Don't bother calling anyone else. And, of course, there is their cute truck.

He was able to diagnose the issue (needed new blower motor & capacitor) and repaired it all on the same day with a decent price point. He did suggest a maintenance on my system but did not push for his company to get it done. And when I did say I wanted to keep him and his company to continue for maintenance or future work, he stated he would send me a reminder email for the maintenance when it should be done.
