Someone from Pro Master came out for half an hour and told us we just needed to let the coils thaw. That obviously didn't work and our further attempts to contact Pro Master were met with the insistence that you (or whoever is responding to your emails) have never done business with us. I think I understand why now. A second HVAC company came out and found a ton of issues. For example, the unit massively overhangs the foundation on the flimsiest supports!
