Sergey was very professional, punctual and informative with great communication skills. I messaged with him at 9am and he arrived at 9:50am to my home for a diagnostic appt on my HVAC system. He was able to diagnose the issue (needed new blower motor & capacitor) and repaired it all on the same day with a decent price point. He did suggest a maintenance on my system but did not push for his company to get it done. And when I did say I wanted to keep him and his company to continue for maintenance or future work, he stated he would send me a reminder email for the maintenance when it should be done. He also emailed an itemized invoice and had given reminders on the appointment beforehand. read more

AC sprung leaked refrigerant and was not working correctly, Sergey came out on a Saturday to diagnose the issue. Offer to either recharge and put in leak stop or get a new system. Given the fact my system was about 50 years old, we opted to get a new system. He gave us several options with pros and cons for each. Install happened the next day and was completed that same day. He left the job site clean and showed me all the tips for maintaining the system. Sergey is awesome, doesn't try to upsell you, very good pricing, loves to give you options so you can make the best choice for you. Highly recommend his work! read more

I very rarely leave reviews, but not this time. I highly recommend EverGreen Air Conditioning. My heater stopped working this morning, and I contacted this company. Sergey arrived a couple of hours after my call, performed a diagnostic, then offered several repair options, and within 1.5 hours I was enjoying warm air in my home again. Thank you, Sergey! read more

Evergreen AC is amazing! My 2013 Trane XR80 furnace had a tough issue where the inducer ran constantly and wouldn't heat. Sergey diagnosed it quickly and accurately, didn't charge for the inspection, and explained everything clearly. He recommended OEM parts, completed the repair same day, and gave me a 1-year warranty all for a fair price, which was lower than the other big companies who quoted. Sergey is honest, skilled, and trustworthy. I highly recommend EverGreen if you want the job done right without the big-company price! read more

Sergey was very responsive snd showed up on same day to fix my ax issue. Was honest and provided pricing details along the way.

Sergey came out and looked at my air conditioner. He did not charge for the service call unlike many other services. It turns out that the door on my air-conditioning was not on right he did a diagnosis on my outside unit no charge. He's very honest and I appreciate that these days. read more

I sent an inquiry to several AC companies, and this company was the only way to find a root cause which the others failed to identify or notice. I had a clogged AC primary drain, and though the cost estimate was on the average side of things, he did the job correctly. He was honest, communicated well, was on time, and was happy to explain how the problem happened in the first place. I will certainly use this team again in the future, and I am pleased that I could and can trust them. read more

Sergey provided us with prompt, efficient, and wonderful service today with one of our A/C units. He was friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. He gave us two options, one for the short term; less costly with no guarantees and one for the long term; with warranty and certainty. He provided timely service within 24 hours upon receiving my request and was able to resolve our issues within an hour. Hopefully, don't need his services again any time soon, but if so, we will definitely ask for him again. Thank you! read more

Sergey did a fantastic job fixing our AC. He was on time, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. The house is cool again and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend him! read more

So glad we were able to work with these guys. They are great at communication and were on time. We moved into our house a little over a year ago. Since the heatwave started we've been using the AC more consistently. We noticed that it just was not cooling fast enough and staying cool long enough. For a fairly new AC unit we knew something was wrong. One of their technicians came to take a look. He was extremely professional and to the point. We appreciated his honesty. He gave us several scenarios along with prices so we knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into. Their prices are very reasonable. He respected our decision since we didn't have enough money to opt for the full inspection to check for leaks. He found that the AC unit didn't have enough coolant which could have been the installation error. Our house is a new build and when we moved in we found lots of things that were not completely finished. He topped off the AC unit and gave us a contact number in case we changed our minds... For anyone that's never had an AC unit serviced .... just know that good technicians are hard to find! A lot of places, specially this time of year when they're normally busy, charge an arm and a kidney or often times don't even show up. Let alone walk you through your different options and prices to ensure you're making the best decision that fits your needs at the miment. I truly appreciate their services and would recommend them to whoever needs these services as well! read more

They do a great job, fast and good quality. Know them 3 years , fix everything in the system , never miss!!!

My home a/c was malfunctioning for the last couple weeks few tech came over and checked it and gave me estimates too high and not confident to be repaired. I called Evergreen ac and show up the same day and repaired in one hr. Cheaper than the other tech . Recommend 100% read more

I called Sergie in the morning, and he stopped by my home that afternoon. He arrived on time and was ready to look at my system. After 20 minutes, he discovered the electrical problem with the system and fixed it. He did a further analysis and found a deeper problem requiring extensive work. He gave me an estimate on those repaires and declined my offer to pay for the electrical repair. I would not hesitate to use him again and give him my highest recommendation. read more
