So glad we were able to work with these guys. They are great at communication and were on time. We moved into our house a little over a year ago. Since the heatwave started we've been using the AC more consistently. We noticed that it just was not cooling fast enough and staying cool long enough. For a fairly new AC unit we knew something was wrong. One of their technicians came to take a look. He was extremely professional and to the point. We appreciated his honesty. He gave us several scenarios along with prices so we knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into. Their prices are very reasonable. He respected our decision since we didn't have enough money to opt for the full inspection to check for leaks. He found that the AC unit didn't have enough coolant which could have been the installation error. Our house is a new build and when we moved in we found lots of things that were not completely finished. He topped off the AC unit and gave us a contact number in case we changed our minds... For anyone that's never had an AC unit serviced .... just know that good technicians are hard to find! A lot of places, specially this time of year when they're normally busy, charge an arm and a kidney or often times don't even show up. Let alone walk you through your different options and prices to ensure you're making the best decision that fits your needs at the miment.
