Every time I go into this place I'm met by a know-it-all snarky salesman who automatically thinks you don't know anything about bikes. I mean what is it with these guys? I started off by telling him what bike I was looking at at another shop so he would kind of know what type of bike I was looking for only to have him reply with a snarky, "I'm sorry!" He then proceeded to tell me what a piece of junk that $5000 bike was and try to sell me a bike that wasn't even the same type of bike I was looking for. The young man helping her scoffed at her question and also scoffed at why these bikes are so expensive. Perhaps in your training you should discourage your personal thoughts on questions new bicyclists have when they walk in the door. I stopped in recently because my break wires had become disconnected while pulling my bike from its place in a very tight storage unit. I had no idea how they needed to be fixed. The techs took me in right away and fixed the problem, showing my how to reconnect the wires if it ever happened again. When I pulled out my wallet to pay, the technician said he wouldn't take my money. These guys are terrific. read more

We live in Parker, and I have a mountain bike that was poorly assembled (not by me this time. Ha!). So we read the reviews and brought it in for a tune-up! This place has TONS of five-star reviews, but they are hidden for some reason. No clue why, but this place is EXCELLENT!!! They are the best in the west so don't expect same-day service on repairs, but it was worth it. The standard tune-up was $90, so it is a bit pricey but they know what they're doing. Bicycle Shop in Parker . WOW!!! We had an exceptional experience at Elevation Cycles in Parker. We found them on Yelp, and after some research, decided to give them a try. We were able to send an online request through their website, and promptly received a thoughtful reply from their General Manager Alex. Over the course of a few emails, Alex was able to assess our needs (2 x Hybrid Bikes + Carrier Trailer for our Tot) based on our biking habits, and height. We scheduled an appointment, and he had everything ready for test riding, and review. The process was thoughtful, considerate, smooth, and mindful of our needs. Customer service is definitely not a top concern for them. I went to see about getting a bike for my wife and knew what she wanted. I was talked to like I didn't know a thing and that I was wasting their time. I felt VERY rushed while talking to the guy that "helped" me. They didn't have what we were looking for, but did have the make/model available for build. They said it would be about a week. So times goes by and I call, I was told I never came in and they didn't have anything for me. Three weeks later I get an email with no subject stating they were "cleaning a few things up" and there is a bike ready for us. No details at all on what to do. I brought my sons 16" trek in about a week and half ago or so for a new back tire. When he rode it for the first time afterwards the chain fell off while he was riding and he fell over and had to punch his bike home to me. (He's 5). We have had this bike over a year and never had an issue. Anyway, when I went to fix it it was so loose that it was rubbing and dragging on the plastic thing. I looked at the wheel and could plainly see the wheel wasn't put back where it was before hand. Also, last March (2022) I had asked for a new back tire for this bike (it was elevation then but I think still owned y mikes bikes) and asked them to order one twice. They told me three times that they would contact me when it came in. Never heard a word. I will leave Parker next time to go to a different bike shop even though I have bought three bikes from here. If you can't put a child's wheel back on right and make it safe you have lost my business read more

I was very exited to see that Elevation Cycles was opening a Parker location. I was even more pleased to see the close proximity to the cherry creek trail which I use regularly. On a windy spring day I stopped in while on a ride to check out the new shop and to ask about an adjustment on my rear derailleur. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, the general manager and the service manager. All of whom were a pleasure to converse with and even to talk about living in Texas prior to my move to Colorado. After some adjustments and a very reasonable service charge, I was back on the trail and the bike felt great, thank you Kyle! I brought in two bikes last week. The first was my wife's old road bike which needed to get fixed up for some serious riding this summer. They helped us figure out how much work to do, and were very helpful in value analysis. They even negotiated with us a bit. The other bike was a kids' mountain bike which we were fixing up to donate, but had hit a snag in our ability to complete the repairs. These guys understood it was a charity project and made it very affordable. The only drawback is that these guys are a Trek shop, and therefore lack variety and selection in accessories & clothing, but I'll certainly come back when I need service. read more

I have been an avid cyclist for over fifty years and I have probably been in way too many bikes shops. This shop, however, is simply the best shop I have EVER dealt with. I purchased a Trek 1120 in 2019 to attempt the Great Divide Mt Bike Race in 2020. Since my purchase, I have been in the shop many many times and the service is simply outstanding. From the floor salesperson to the mechanics, the attention that is given to the customer is simply terrific.
