He not only did the install but also checked the rest of the bike and identified quite a few issues that I messed up in my build (as an amateur mechanic). He went above and beyond. Note that one of the mistakes was a wrong part that I bought (crown race adapter for straight fork to taper headset) and installed by another bike shop. That bike shop probably didn't notice that I got the lower diameter wrong in the part and simply just installed it without question. Eric, on the otherhand investigated why the steering was stiff, ordered a new part and installed it. Highly recommended.

Currently, the boom in bike sales and repair due to the pandemic has overwhelmed every shop, including them. But understand that their current operating procedure is yet another reflection of their dedication to each and every customer, rather than trying to cash in quick. I was blessed enough with timing to visit before the bike craze hit. Purchased bikes for my whole family (4) and will be a customer for life. I may have had equal experiences with other businesses, but never better. Every employee (including the owner) is hard working, patient, knowledgeable and dedicated to you. If you want a relationship for all your cycling needs, make sure you email to set up an appointment. Go to Walmart or elsewhere if you just need parts (although in calmer times, get those here too.) Not to mention, I have rediscovered my love of cycling with my new Giant XTC Hardtail. Great rigs!!

The owner asked the technician in the back to help them and he replied very rudely " I don't speak Spanish " My wife translated and explained what they needed. He continued to say he doesn't have time, he has no brakes they don't need brakes. As I stopped my meeting with the owner and asked him to help the gentleman and told him how rude his technician was being he ignored the whole situation. I have never seen such prejudice and rudeness by a company and told them I will never do business here. He proceeded to tell me they have no inventory so it doesn't matter. I know businesses are hurting right now but this company doesn't care after you buy from them.

The staff listened to what I wanted and found the perfect bike for me--a Gazelle with a Belt Drive that does everything I need and more. Ivo Vargas, the head mechanic, set up my bike quickly and did a fantastic job. He also added their Flat Tire Protection (an add-on, but if you've ever stepped on a goat head, you know you want it). I was so surprised when they called me the next day to say my bike was for pickup, even though they say it (currently) takes 4 days - speak about over-delivering. The shop has a great atmosphere, there's no pressure to buy bikes or accessories, and the service team is excellent. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
