He calls me and lets me know when he is done. He calls me if he finds other issues and if I want him to fix that also. He has never taken advantage of me. He does it all from an oil change to body work to major mechanical repairs from an accident. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Joe they have were both clean and mechanically checked out before I bought them. He made sure the cars were in great mechanical condition and he charged me a fair price for them. Additionally I used Joe to broker an auto transport for one of my cars across country. He worked with the transporters to get me a fair price and charged me a minimal broker fee. Joe is a rare breed-AN HONEST AUTO MECHANIC.

I decided to let them do it, because I went from being massively overcharged to only being overcharged. But hey, time is money, right? WRONG. Was told it would take an hour. It took 3 hours. Long periods where no mechanic was near my vehicle. The guy in charge of the mechanics has a nasty attitude too. Stay away. Then my wife goes in with a nail in a tire. No big deal. They tell her it is not fixable; she needs to buy a new tire. I smell manure. I go in with the same tire the next day, and they plug it no problem. Stay away. You have been warned.

This is a second trip to have bodywork on our car…read more Unfortunately !! I was on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie where there is a big main highway just before the Poughkeepsie Mall. I was in the right hand lane and a deer jumped out and hit my front passenger seat area of my car as I was driving !! This is a main hwy So the LAST thing you would expect is for Deer in this area. Well at least no one got injured but it smashed my Rt door and bumper !! Joe moved his shop to right across from Hannaford Grocery Store along Route 22. There was so much damage done and we were finally able to get it covered by them. Out of all the shops in the area my hubby chose this one due to their really high recommendation from our friends. We decided to give them a try and call them up for a quote for replacing some parts and doing a paint job on our car to fix some chips it had. I honestly didn't think it would look uniform, after all, there are so many shades of red out there. We were really worried about getting some crazy missmatchy stuff. We dropped the car off on a Monday and by Friday it was ready. We were a little nervous to go see it and to our surprise, the paint job was IMMACULATE. Very professional, communicative and precise. Usually guys are picky with their cars but in my case, I'm probably the pickiest one with ours LOL! I did NOT think they'd be able to pull this off and give us a squeaky clean almost brand new looking car back. We do already take care of our car but they made it look even more fabulous.
