Yes, they have guys who will pump your gas for you if you aren't inclined to do it, but I think they're only on staff during normal business hours. When I pulled up to this place very early one morning, there was just one semi-surly guy who really didn't want to be bothered. I was having a problem with the tires on my car and he was barely interested in helping. When I came back with the same problem a couple of weeks later, he was totally not interested. The car ended up going in to the people I normally see once their shop opened for the day, and they were interested. Based on my experiences with this place, I rarely patronized it for gas. Hopefully they've gotten better, but if they haven't, then I recommend the Sunoco station down the street, across from St. Mary's Church-in-the-Highlands. They're a smaller establishment, but they're nice.

When I went the day of my appointment, they said they didn't have my appointment on file. They were able to "fit me in" and I saw my truck go right in. For a tire rotation and an oil change, I was there for TWO HOURS. I watched as three mechanics stood underneath my truck staring at the belly pan scratching their heads. I asked the lady what the hell was going on and one of the mechanics came in and told me that I should be proud that I stumped the entire garage, claiming they had to watch YouTube videos, because they couldn't find the oil filter inside of my Toyota 4Runner, a very common vehicle. I wanted my truck off the lift and I felt very uncomfortable that they had to continue working on my truck because they already drained the oil. They had to get the "master mechanic" to complete an oil change.... Also, while waiting in the lobby, another customer came in for their appointment, and they didn't have their appointment on file either. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will not be returning. My buddy rotated all four tires and changed the oil in the driveway faster than these people with a lift. I'm going to have him check their work because I don't want the oil filter or tires falling off. I'm not very confident in their incompetent work. 2 oil changes, wow. (I live off a 3 mile dirt road and my driveway is about a mile long with a pretty steep drop down on one side.) I called in pretty frantic and Bobby answered the phone with such professionalism. He was extremely thorough during the phone conversation, asking questions to make sure they weren't ripping me off - since I'm a little out of their area, and so they could come in and get the job done as quickly/efficiently as possible, considering I have to be up in 4 1/2 hours for work. The Owner called me back 5 minutes after setting up the tow, to confirm all details and even joined in on the ride/tow! Nicest guys I've met in the industry and I sure know how easy it is to rip someone off when it comes to car parts, tows, auto body, etc. They traveled further than the other towing companies nearby and charged me less then the other quotes I received! Got my car out safe and sound! After everything, Emerson informed me that he has an auto body shop as well, I have some passenger side damage unrelated to this tow and clearly need snow tires after these last 2 storms. I will absolutely be giving him my business for the cosmetic damage and tires! I highly recommend them to anyone in the Mahopac and surrounding areas!
