My son was blamed for what should be the sales representative responsibility and the dealerships responsibility to have a set of keys already made before putting a car on the lot. Instead I was only allowed to have one fob/key combo, and a single key with no fob after complaining. My son tells them he was only available at 3pm, that was his fault apparently. The second time a gentleman by the name Frank tells my son after being told to see him that it's the first he has ever heard of it. No one ever calls you back in this place except for ONE person which was a sales rep Ramon. But the entire time I saw him after being frustrated, he tells me to come back later in the afternoon after telling me on the previous conversation that I can stop by at anytime. Which I showed up at 10 am, to only be told to come back at 12:30 because he had to wait for someone. I came back earlier to find out he could have just called the key maker himself and not have waited. And btw, I had to wait another hour for the key maker to show up. Then the finance manager continues to blame my son for the wait of the set of keys. And another gentleman decides to join in the blaming game as well....just bad customer service, terrible communications, no follow through, and blames the customers for their wrong doing....DONE...Never coming back!!!
