Once there, George greeted me and let me check out the car.The sales sticker was in the window for $16,789 which is what was listed on CarGurus. There were multiple scratches around the car and a 3-4 inch deep scratch with a dent on the roof that he claimed was likely due to a tree falling on it. The inner cover to the rear hatch was detached as well so He quickly explained that the car was about to be serviced and said it wasn't ready to be sold. I asked why was it being advertised and he said the deal could still be done but the car had to be repaired first. I asked if the price could come down & he tells me the price is based on financing only because they make more money that way. I was paying in cash so he said I can't get that price and it would be much higher. He shows me fine print from their website and I counter that I found the car on CarGurus. 'That's just a 3rd party place for us to advertise. The price will be higher if you pay cash.' I walked out!! Bait and switch. Fraudulent practices, and crappy dealership.

When I arrived, they told me the vehicle had been sold OVER A YEAR AGO. This is not a mistake -- it's false advertising and a complete lack of respect for customers' time. They clearly just want to get people in the door to try to sell them something else. I do not recommend this dealer at all. Save your time and avoid this place.
