The replies did, however, with their curt and snappy nature, communicate the sender's outrage at being asked to read a few paragraphs as part of the job he's paid to do. After he'd stated that it was okay for us to conduct the sale via Internet! I don't think I've ever written a one star or even a fully negative review for a company. I don't believe in it and even feel bad over it now. I felt like writing this last night but decided to give them another chance over the email I'd just sent - asking briefly and as politely as I knew how for the salesman to answer a few questions I had. But tonight, I got yet another terse reply that didn't even address what I'd said!! One of the 3 cars I was considering was sold, but I'm done even trying to look into buying either of the other two. Even though I really liked one of them and the price was great. It seems that common courtesy is very much out of style with people today, but if you are at work and trying to sell someone a very expensive item, you need to at least fake it briefly.
