Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . What was not disclosed was that I also needed to have a bank account on file for autopay in order to avoid extra fees. A month later, I received an email saying I still had a balance because of this hidden requirement. This was never communicated upfront, and I only found out after being charged unnecessarily. I have never had an agent do this before. Now I have to spend my own time fixing something that should not have happened in the first place. While the agent said she can remove the fee, the lack of transparency and the hassle it has caused me is unacceptable. I had hoped to be a long-term customer, as I was with my American Family agent back in Minnesota, but after this experience I will be switching agents when my policy is up.
