Plus added peace of mind that I have coverage when I need a car rental. My car and home policies were transferred to Tom Lusich in Shoreline after Frank Fu in Seattle/UDistrict retired. This is a comprehensive and long overdue post (8/3/23). I have not met Mr. Lusich or any of his office associates in person. However, dealing with them via email or telephone has been seamless and professional with additions or changes made to specific policies. Most recently, I am finally dealing with a windshield ding that became an extensive crack across the driver's side. I received a referral from my long time service advisor at a local car dealership. I called Tom Lusich's State Farm office, got the authorization based on my policy, all the logistics were dealt with, and my windshield replacement appointment was scheduled all within the same business day. Timely, thorough, and professional service!

While going through a tough time in my life he called just to check in and say hello and see how I was doing. NO selling, just a friendly call. After trying to quote me several different policies he said to go get some other quotes and there's bound to be someone cheaper. WHAT?? Yes, like i said he cares about his clients and understood the position i was in and he knew i would be back after some "things" started to fall off my driving record. I still kept my renters insurance and life policy and my father has all of his policies with Jerry. My father has been with Allstate for over 37 years so not only does Jerry really take care of you he works for one of the best insurance companies there is. I met with Steve and he and two others from his team came out and looked at the damage. Steve explained to me that both doors would need to be painted so that the color would match correctly as my damage was close to the edge of the front door also. He walked me through the process, told me how much and how long it would take. We scheduled my drop-off and he communicated with me during the job. Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . Our paint is a tough color and they did it perfectly while saving me dollars. I can't recommend this business any higher.

What was not disclosed was that I also needed to have a bank account on file for autopay in order to avoid extra fees. A month later, I received an email saying I still had a balance because of this hidden requirement. This was never communicated upfront, and I only found out after being charged unnecessarily. I have never had an agent do this before. Now I have to spend my own time fixing something that should not have happened in the first place. While the agent said she can remove the fee, the lack of transparency and the hassle it has caused me is unacceptable. I had hoped to be a long-term customer, as I was with my American Family agent back in Minnesota, but after this experience I will be switching agents when my policy is up. Very disappointing and frustrating. I cannot recommend this agency.
