I won't name drop anyone, but I appreciate being helped in a friendly way when dealing with something that I'm not excited to have to do. When I kept getting notices of proof of insurance being required, I was helped out. I don't have a printer so that I could send these documents but thanks to my agent I could electronically sign, and they sent it directly to Progressive, who kept bugging me for the proof of coverage. So, this is a good start. I hardly ever spoke to my handlers back in NJ, and may not here either, but so far, I'm glad that they're pleasant to deal with.

The burden of proof is not on me. Travelers was more than welcome to come inspect my roof and determine why such an outrageous and clearly false claim was made, but they did not.
