My husband and I were shopping around for a new agency that was capable of handling commercial policies for our business and personal lines. All together we have about 7 commercial policies and 5 to 8 personal lines (including the kids). Our last agent, of over 18 years, was really struggling in the capability and accountability department. Trying to have a conversation and be very transparent was not working out for us. When she couldn't, Mark did, and in a very timely manner. We were blown away. When we finally got to meet, they were so eager and receptive. Mark took the time to go to my husbands storage and view hs business equipment. Mark took time to inspect the business van and make sure were we insured correctly and adequately.
