I called for a quote and spoke with Cathy, who was very friendly and engaged. Out of all the insurance agents I spoke with, Cathy asked the most relevant questions and seemed to truly care to try and get us the best rates. She also genuinely seemed happy for our new first home. Cathy got back to me with quotes within a few hours. They were great quotes. Ultimately it didn't work for us as we went with our father-in-law's agent, but the rates were very competitive and the experience overall was great. I can tell this is a quality firm.

Here's what happened. I needed commercial auto insurance. I personally called: - geico - progressive - farmers - hartford - veracity None of them said they will insure us for just auto only. So I had to go to local brokers and agents - the last thing I wanted to do. I contacted an agent for: - insurance northwest - farmers - 3 other places that I won't name as they run their own business under their own name - lastly BIG Seattle For two 20 yr old vans with 200k+, used 1 mile a day roundtrip to drop off packages at the post office, needing only the cheapest insurance possible. All agents quoted me $4000-6000. Ridiculous. Then I get a call from Belltown and rather than tossing me a quote, they took 10 minutes to call me, understand our business and provided a quote for $1800 from the same big company. Boom. Signed, sealed, delivered. Moving over all my insurance to them soon. Other insurers, read and learn - that's how you win business.
