Scott Kizer has replied, he makes mention of this "hot price" for a quote not being what we (the…read morecustomer) expected to be 'almost every single time.' Aside from insurance companies generally trying not to payout if they can avoid it, what other than a price and coverage ratings am I going to expect from an insurance provider? While I may not be in the insurance industry I can read and do basic math comfortably. Statefarm costs me more for less coverage numbers, other company costs me less with bigger coverage numbers. Me. Customer. Me. Happy. Number. Small. If you actually intend to inform customers and help your customer base make a more informed decision, try providing an explanation that has actually information instead of fearmonger the unknown. I have gone to Brent for both personal and business insurance needs, purchasing renters insurance and life insurance policies. I appreciate his knowledge of the various options, his honest and ethical information and his description of a confusing system that creates a real and meaningful understanding of the costs, options and benefits. My two teenagers met with him for the life insurance policies I purchased for them. Brent spoke to them with true kindness and interest in their lives and personalities. He isn't just selling insurance; he cares about his community and cares about the best interests of his customers. I highly recommend him and have referred friends and colleagues to him with the utmost confidence that he will help them find what they need.

After being a customer with them for 10+ years, I've finally decided to write a review. I have yet…read moreto meet, see or hear from Mr. Amacher myself after many visits in their office or by telephone. Many customers stay because we don't bother switching like myself but after Mr. Amacher has collected my tens of thousands of dollars over 10 years, I don't think it's too much to actually get my insurance card in a timely manner. You only need to mail it out twice a year! To make it worse, my husband called last month and spoke to someone, again, to remind them they forgot to mail us our cards. Do you think we have our cards yet???? The physical card expired on 5/13/17 so we had to get on our computer and print a copy. How difficult is it to treat your customers like we matter? We moved out of Seattle years ago and will soon be looking for a new agent because this office is beyond incompetent and lazy. I am sick of calling and reminding them to do their basic job each year. Yes, I am frustrated and I have many good reasons why. Shame on me for staying this long. I will soon take my loyal business elsewhere.

My family started in this office 50 years ago, long before Jessica was born. My parents got great…read moreservice from Lee Hineline and when he passed away, his son Cliff took over and for 25 years, Cliff was my agent and dare I say friend. I got stellar service, counsel and support and he and his staff had my complete trust and confidence. When Cliff retired, this location turned into a circus. State Farm put multiple interim agents in this office and after what must have been 3 years, Jessica was placed here. It goes without saying. Jessica is not Cliff, but even worse, Cliff was able to run his office with a staff of 4. Jessica's staff appears to be at least 12 and with 3x the staffing, the service, support and competence is so far below what it should be, I would caution anyone considering this office for quality coverage. Gone are the days of the Good Neighbor mentality, you are a policy number and paycheck for this office, no one is fighting for you or advocating for you and when you finally need to exercise your policy, be prepared to be let down. This is an embarrassment for this office and State Farm, but the reality is that neither care. So, this is my feedback on this practice, company and culture. Do better, Karma is coming.
