I'd been with my home insurance company for 10 years - no claims and I made all my payments on time. But after 10 years and several rate increases, it was time to look around. I ended up landing with Choice Insurance. My man Benjamin Pallas proactively sent me emails when my home owners insurance was about to renew. I reached out to him and he ended up saving me over $1,200/yr on home and auto insurance. He was proactive, extremely friendly, and proficient at his craft. He found me the best policies/deals for me and my family. I would highly recommend Ben and his team to anybody who asks. read more

They were super fast and pleasant to work with on a bond we needed to get for a house permit. I would highly recommend.

I am a HUGE believer in Robert Clark and his team. I originally was a contractor performing work on Mr. Clark's home and I began asking questions about what he did professionally. Once I learned about Choice Insurance I became extremely interested, and requested to sit down with Robert and his team to tailor make a policy for my construction business. I was originally with Farmer's for my business, where they began raising my rates on my growing business. Choice Insurance has helped me save about $10,000 a year of what I was paying for, between switching my general and auto policies. $10,000!! This is not skipping quality, this is finding the company that's willing and able to look at potentially candidates that other larger insurance companies are not able to find/use. The whole process with Robert and his team was informative, comfortable, and I only ever felt that they had my needs at heart. You are treated as an individual and not a dollar sign and that's how I run my business as well. I am a huge believer in Robert and his team, and a big shout out to Laura Tikker who has been nothing but world class while handling my account. This is the insurance I have referred to any home service based company that I've come across who needs to be represented by an insurance company they can believe in. Thank you Choice Insurance team, you're great! read more

We just switched to Choice Insurance, Nick Ghaffari, after 17 years with a different agent. I wish we would have switched sooner. We are a small builder always trying to navigate the insurance world, which isn't easy. Nick has been spot on and very helpful with this process. I am not used to getting my calls and emails answered immediately, but with Nick he is always there for us. This week we needed a few documents quickly, and without any hesitation, Nick got us what we needed, and we were on our way. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone who needs a top notch, professional agent who really cares. read more

Our company chose Choice Insurance to cover our construction company and personal policies a number of years ago. I have been extremely satisfied with the company and all the employees I have worked with. They are very responsive when I call and get me to the right person for what policy I am calling about. Nick, Monica and Dray are the agents I work with. It's always a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend Choice Insurance! read more

I was a former customer and let me tell you make a choice and move on. After one of the agents Andre left Choice Insurance has done absolutely nothing to help me except take money. I had my truck broken into and almost stolen and contacted them for assistance. I got a response of "pemco will take care of you we cant do anything". When i had a minor motorcycle 2 years ago accident Andre had contacted me immediately and asked if there was anything he could help with and went above and beyond. He reached out to the party at fault, car rental, police, and dealership without me even asking !!! What happened to this kind of service ? My truck got absolutely no attention except a 1800 number and when i asked for clarification on my policy i get "talk to your adjuster ." I also called 13 times in a course of 3.5 months to get a new motorcycle policy because my premium was way to high and everytime i was told we'll contact you with an update. Never got one ! And im still waiting for my refund that i paid 6 months in advance for ! Youve lost a customer and 4 others because we all canceled because of the type of treatment we get. All their positive feedback is from years ago and nothing recent. read more

Over five years later after leaving this company due to frequent sales attempts they still contact me trying to sell me insurance products after being asked not to. Do not trust this company. They do not respect their clients and you will just become a sales quota to them to meet. Be very cautious giving them info on you. read more

Who knew insurance could be FUN? It's usually such a staid fact of life, but thanks to one of the Associates here, Kim, I LOVE calling with all of my insurance issues. Don't get me wrong, everyone is great, and Reid is extremely thorough in finding the best insurance at the best rates, but for my day to day stuff, I can always count on Kim. Ok, it's business insurance I'm talking about, but now we've been with them for a year and I know there isn't a thing about insurance they don't know, I'll be switching all my personal insurance to this company. read more

I met Nick on Monday after emailing back and forth for a week of estimating our business insurance needs. As a small business owner of a remodeling company, costs that add to our overhead are paramount to keep down. More importantly, working with a company who is able to produce results, customer service and responsiveness to our inquiries are of equal importance too. Nick to date has been all that and much more. NO ONE enjoys getting insurance quotes but Choice Insurance made a laborious process as easy as one could make it. The team set up is organized, prompt and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. After Nick submitted his quote, he spent 45 minutes on the phone listening and answering all my questions and agreed to the following business day for an in person meet. Nick was as delightful if not more with an in person meeting. The most important take away was that in our 1 hour meeting, I learned more about my business insurance needs than I come to learn over 12 years from my current carriers. I learned where I was under-insured and most importantly - WHY I was under-insured. I am not interested in paying for what I don't need. But learning that the holes in my current policy, that did not reflect changes to the law, would have allowed for accidents that evolved to lawsuits could have allowed the injured suing party to claim monies beyond the business but to my personal assests was terrifying. If I am going to pay for insurance - I want coverage and proper coverage. After multiple bids for auto and general liability, Choice Insurance came in way under Farmers and a hair under State Farm (where my current auto was greatly under-insured). I give only 4 stars since the relationship has only gotten underway but I am sure as time goes on, Choice Insurance will be deserving of more than 5 stars! read more

I have worked with Andre Lyamin at Choice Insurance for a few years now. It seems like every-time we speak he is either saving me money on my insurance or finding ways to get me more coverage at the same rate. I'd recommend Andre to any of my friends and family. read more

We were unhappy with our previous insurance provider. Nick and his team at Choice came highly recommended. We made the switch and have been extremely happy with our decision. The prompt service alone has been excellent. We will continue to refer all friends and family to Nick. read more

Andre Lyamin is the best! I've been a customer of Choice Insurance for about 7 years. Andre *always* finds the absolute best policies for me, even with a challenging record. Nick is a rockstar! He helped us with our E&O insurance and shed light on coverage and gaps that additionally lowered cost. A comprehensive review that was never performed by any prior agency. read more

I've been using Choice Insurance for several years now, and they've helped me with auto, renters, and my life/disability insurance needs. The team is incredibly responsive and doesn't cut corners when looking for the best policies and rates for me. Andre has been my primary agent, and each time I've worked with another agent in the company the experience has been just as good. Being able to have all my needs covered by one company, who can maintain a holistic view of my present and future needs, is the reason why I continue to use Choice. They can offer insights and guidance to help me make the right choices based on my specific situation. read more

Cancellation policy is a joke... $650 for cancelling insurance is ridiculous especially when they tell you they will flat cancel policy and they send you a different form that you need to sign to get a refund. read more

I came to Choice Insurance on a very tight timeline to get my new business insured. The customer service and turnaround time were better than I could have hoped. Nick explained all of my options, made sensible recommendations (but didn't try to sell me coverage I didn't need), gave me a quote, and got me insured all in one day. He answered emails within an hour, called when he had questions so we wouldn't stall the process, and was incredibly positive and helpful in every interaction. It's hard to imagine a more seamless insurance-buying experience. read more

I appreciate the level of service that I receive from Andre and feel very comfortable keeping the insurance coverage on my house, cars and boats under his capable care. Got in touch with them based on personal recommendation to help a friend with his company. Met with the supposed cofounder, was promised forms over email and nothing happened. Followed up 3 times, each time got a short reponse saying he will send shortly and it never happened. Either they are too busy for new clients, which would have been nice to know upfront or didn't not see the startup as a desireable client (consulting startup) in which case there are plenty of ways to indicate this, again saving everyone time. read more

great service, quick, easy and super efficient. as effective as possible, i'm now paying a lot less for my car insurance. and Bill is the kindest agent in the world. thanks! read more

Choice Insurance is completely unprofessional. My entire experience has been a nightmare. Ever want to be a number and not a name?? Call and get your insurance from this company. Their commission check is the bottom line. Once they had me sold on a product, they completely bait and switched me. I had an initial good feeling from the owners of the company, but after meeting them in person I felt taken advantage of and disgusting. I do NOT do business like this and I am outraged to have been treated so poorly. Hopefully I will be the lesson learned and can save YOU the customer (who in their book is never right) time, money and headaches. And, don't worry about me...I already have my case pending with the better business bureau. read more
