I was a former customer and let me tell you make a choice and move on. After one of the agents Andre left Choice Insurance has done absolutely nothing to help me except take money. I had my truck broken into and almost stolen and contacted them for assistance. I got a response of "pemco will take care of you we cant do anything". When i had a minor motorcycle 2 years ago accident Andre had contacted me immediately and asked if there was anything he could help with and went above and beyond. He reached out to the party at fault, car rental, police, and dealership without me even asking !!! What happened to this kind of service ? My truck got absolutely no attention except a 1800 number and when i asked for clarification on my policy i get "talk to your adjuster ." I also called 13 times in a course of 3.5 months to get a new motorcycle policy because my premium was way to high and everytime i was told we'll contact you with an update. Never got one ! And im still waiting for my refund that i paid 6 months in advance for ! Youve lost a customer and 4 others because we all canceled because of the type of treatment we get. Over five years later after leaving this company due to frequent sales attempts they still contact me trying to sell me insurance products after being asked not to. Do not trust this company. I met Nick on Monday after emailing back and forth for a week of estimating our business insurance needs. As a small business owner of a remodeling company, costs that add to our overhead are paramount to keep down. More importantly, working with a company who is able to produce results, customer service and responsiveness to our inquiries are of equal importance too. Nick to date has been all that and much more. NO ONE enjoys getting insurance quotes but Choice Insurance made a laborious process as easy as one could make it. The team set up is organized, prompt and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. After Nick submitted his quote, he spent 45 minutes on the phone listening and answering all my questions and agreed to the following business day for an in person meet. Nick was as delightful if not more with an in person meeting. The most important take away was that in our 1 hour meeting, I learned more about my business insurance needs than I come to learn over 12 years from my current carriers. I learned where I was under-insured and most importantly - WHY I was under-insured. I am not interested in paying for what I don't need. But learning that the holes in my current policy, that did not reflect changes to the law, would have allowed for accidents that evolved to lawsuits could have allowed the injured suing party to claim monies beyond the business but to my personal assests was terrifying. If I am going to pay for insurance - I want coverage and proper coverage. After multiple bids for auto and general liability, Choice Insurance came in way under Farmers and a hair under State Farm (where my current auto was greatly under-insured). I give only 4 stars since the relationship has only gotten underway but I am sure as time goes on, Choice Insurance will be deserving of more than 5 stars! read more

Got in touch with them based on personal recommendation to help a friend with his company. Met with the supposed cofounder, was promised forms over email and nothing happened. Followed up 3 times, each time got a short reponse saying he will send shortly and it never happened. Either they are too busy for new clients, which would have been nice to know upfront or didn't not see the startup as a desireable client (consulting startup) in which case there are plenty of ways to indicate this, again saving everyone time. read more

Choice Insurance is completely unprofessional. My entire experience has been a nightmare. Ever want to be a number and not a name?? Call and get your insurance from this company. Their commission check is the bottom line. Once they had me sold on a product, they completely bait and switched me. I had an initial good feeling from the owners of the company, but after meeting them in person I felt taken advantage of and disgusting. I do NOT do business like this and I am outraged to have been treated so poorly. Hopefully I will be the lesson learned and can save YOU the customer (who in their book is never right) time, money and headaches.
