Because Andrew takes the time to explain things to me in plain simple english, no big Insurance words to confuse me. Like when the price went up. The analogy Andrew made to explain it to me was priceless! I always tell andrew he has to explain things to me like I am a five year old and he does that without making me feel stupid. I was really upset when my car insurance went up really high, and I had not done anything wrong. Not only did Andrew and his team try to find me cheaper insurance, but when they couldn't , Andrew called me himself to explain because I was really upset. He explained to me how all insurance went up for everyone, with so may new uninsured drivers and accidents.If I remember correctly the analogy he made was something like,comparing other peoples accidents to peeing in a pool. "I didn't pee in the pool but enough people did, and now the pool has to be cleaned and everyone has to pay for it. " That was priceless. I was laughing so hard I could not really stay upset that much anymore. We had recently had our policies with State Farm shifted to a new agent with which we weren't familiar. We were hoping to work with someone that we already trusted and were reminded of Dan Fortune.
