Safeco's process and communication for getting a simple glass claim and repair completed are appalling and pathetic! It would seem that after using Safeco for over 30 years and paying them over $5400 a year for insurance, they would provide better service. As their service continues to decline, it appears we need to find another insurance company. Obviously, we do not matter to this company, and after getting the runaround from their phone representatives, they have no interest in us as customers.
