Let me begin by saying Danny is the absolute best!! This was our very first home buying experience and Danny gave us comfort and confidence from start to finish! Danny was very personable and gave his professional advice with our best interests at the forefront at all times. We never felt pressured to make a decision or to increase our budget. His integrity to fully disclose information to protect us as buyers went along way in our trust with Danny. He was transparent between our options and extremely knowledgeable. The pros and cons were explained specific to our short and long term plans for our home so we could make the best decision for us. Along with his expertise, his availability and responsiveness reassured me that he's the best in the business! Whenever we gave him a call, he would actually pick up! That's so rare in today's age of texting. If he couldn't pick up, he would text us back immediately that he would call us right back - and would actually follow through! It made it really feel like we were his only customer and put to rest any concerns we had because he always had an answer for us. As far as our rates, the man is a magician! We never imagined we would be homeowners, let alone be approved for as much as we did at such a great interest rate! He helped us plan short and long term financial strategies with the loan before making any decision so we are extremely confident and feel in control of our mortgage. Danny is a true professional and expert in providing an exceptional customer experience. His skill set, work ethic, and genuine care for his customers separates Danny from his peers. Danny turned our dreams into reality and we have nothing but GREAT things to say!! He's gained customers for life, and I've already referred him to friends and family who have had even a sliver of interest in buying a home. Our curiosity turned us into homeowners within just a few months, and that can be true for any of them as well! All it takes is one call, email, or text and you could very well be on to getting a home of your own! THANK YOU DANNY!!!! read more

I worked with Danny for a presale opportunity. He was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the process. He goes above and beyond while explaining various components of closing costs and provides valuable suggestions in terms of locking rates. Although I did not end up choosing Movement Mortage due to a better opportunity that worked elsewhere, he still helped me review my cost sheet from other company. I look forward to working with him again for future opportunities. Truly a five star experience! read more

Danny was extraordinarily fast at getting us pre-qualification letters when we were looking for a house in the very aggressive Seattle market, even if the request came up after hours or on the weekend. He is a very hard worker and dedicated to his clients. Once we found a house we were proceeding with, we shopped around the rates quite a bit and Danny was able to come in lower than the other lenders AND close super fast! I will definitely be working with Danny on our next go-around when the time comes, and I highly recommend you consider Danny as well. read more

I was ready to refinance my house and was looking for a reliable and trustworthy person and company to work with. I was referred to Caliber Home Loans from a friend who was a realtor, and it turned out to be one of the best referrals that I've had experience with. Danny To, Amy Page and their Team at Caliber provided me and my family excellent customer service. They were very professional, courteous, honest, and returned all of our calls and requests in a very timely manner. Whenever I called or texted Danny, I knew he would get back to me right away. He and Amy answered all of our questions, and believe me we had a lot. They both made the whole refinance process easy and less stressful. Whenever they needed a document, they contacted us right away and shared the same urgency we had in keeping the progress going. They kept us informed of the timeline and shared the same enthusiasm when the process was finally completed and approved. Other factors that made the process easy is that everything was done online with secure portals for document uploads and signatures, and when it came time for closing and actual hardcopy signatures, the Title Company was able to get a notary to come to our residence for signing. Again this made the process very convenient to us as customers. I highly recommend Danny To, Amy Page and Caliber Home Loans for all who need to refinance their homes or other services that they provide. We are 100% percent satisfied customers. read more
