Fortunately one of the mechanics overheard our conversation, and said he remembered doing the same job on my car previously and had no problem doing it again and didn't require anything they didn't already have. When I tried to get an estimate, they said they don't give estimates anymore and they would have to do another diagnostic? Why, they already did one in order to determine what they needed to do the job! Dismissive and unfriendly service. Sorel's service treated me like I was an unintelligent woman, who could be gaslighted to believe anything they said. Not the case. I had given them prior positive and glowing reviews, I guess those days are over. I would recommend finding another shop to have any service done to your care. No one needs to be treated with such disrespect.
