Select your course or just practice at the driving range. When you're ready to play, you hit a button with your club or foot and a ball comes out and tees up for you! You can adjust the tee height with the same ease. If you're hitting a fairway shot or putting, you just move it around. Yes, you putt which is also new to me at sims. We set our 'cede' putt distance to within 7 feet which helped speed the game along a bit. You can also take a mulligan! I went with someone who had been before and explained it to me however the staff were all very friendly and ready to help. Matt, the owner, came over several times as he heard us chatting about options for play. Very helpful! I asked him about bringing a group of ladies here and will explore that option for sure! We had Barbie helping us with drinks. We didn't eat this time but hope to next time. Draft beer was tasty. I asked about happy hours or specials and they don't have any. Make a reservation online before you go. You need about an hour a player to play 18 holes. You can extend if there isn't a group behind you. We had to since we couldn't get started on time (see note below). Pricing is different depending on the time of day. Check the website. I went with two other people and had two beers. We golfed for 3.5 hours. I paid $86, finished 18 holes and felt perfectly tired and happy when I was done. Hope that's helpful! A few points for the owners: Please allow people to enter 15 minutes before their start time. We couldn't get into the building until our reservation had already started taking away about 15 minutes from our play. We had to wait outside in the cold since we didn't know about that and dutifully got there 15-20 min early. Please get club stands so golfers with bags that don't have kickstands don't have their clubs falling over during play. Is it possible to put the golf and the drink/food on separate checks? The implication is you should tip on the full total which is misleading. I'll be back!

The golf course grounds and surroundings are stunning. The clubhouse and food are what leaves…read moresomething to be desired. We have come here on several occassions to either play at the driving range or to do a full 18-hole golf tournament. The drive in from the main road is nothing like any of the golf courses in the area. Staff are friendly, the grounds are nicely kept. Fresh cut green grass, rolling hills, and ruins of different buildings. Each portion of the course has a different feeling and there is even one hole in the back of the course that is very quiet and serene. There were a few times that we have seen golf balls from other holes fly near us, which was unsettling but other than that the course is quiet and peaceful. Golf carts have GPS maps along with hole distances. The food in the clubhouse is basically fried food, I would expect higher quality from a golf course this nice. The clubhouse could use an overhaul on the decor but otherwise it is in good condition. We have really enjoyed each time coming here and can't wait to be back in the spring.

After years of frustration without improvement, golf is finally fun again with my training at Peak Golf, because I now know exactly what I'm doing wrong with my swing and exactly what I need to do to fix it. I've worked with dozens of swing coaches over the years, and I've never met anyone with more golf expertise than Jason. His scientific understanding of the golf swing is unparalleled. After evaluating my swing with the most advanced technology, he was easily able to pinpoint exactly what needed to be changed with my swing. He then provided me with very straightforward and simple drills that I could work on at home or at the range to make the changes become second-nature very quickly. The golf swing is incredibly complex, but the team at Peak Golf Fitness has somehow made it very simple and repeatable for me. As an unexpected benefit, he also helped me identify the muscular imbalances that were causing my lower back pain, and he gave me a handful stretches and exercises to do at the gym, which have been incredibly effective in curing my lower back pain. Perhaps most importantly, Jason is incredibly patient and it's obvious that he truly cares about the success of his clients. After some research, I thought @GolfHouse would be a great first experience for him since they offer junior coaching and it's similar to a video game. When I emailed them with questions, they were the most quick and complete in response than any of the other Ashburn area courses. At this point we're 3 sessions in. Coach Ju Hee is very professional and confident, but has just the right style to keep my 10 year old engaged. In each session she has walked the line effectively between correcting swing issues and helping him understand how the game works, while also keeping it fun and engaging for him, which is probably the most important part at this point. The sessions involved 30 minutes of instruction and 30 minutes of free time in the bay which I'll sometimes use to take a few swings with my son. So far, this seems to be the right mix. Coach also shared the before/after swing photo I posted from session 2. While I'm not sure if other local coaches have this type of tech, I think this is a significant advantage because of the real-time feedback and insight it gives her into exactly what is happening. It's also great for us to see the progress he's making. Overall, I definitely would recommend @GolfHouse and Coach Ju Hee for lessons. At some point I'll probably book a bay with some of my friends who are more serious golfers during a lesson and see what they think about it.

Working with Nondh Amranand at Golftec has been a breakout for my game. The technology of the launch monitor combined with video replay and Nondh's observations accelerated my game to where I am now eager to get on the course rather than avoiding the tee box. Flaws were immediately visible on the video and results were immediately visible in the launch monitor where I could see the distance I was hitting the ball and the angle of flight. The three forms of feedback moved my game from stagnant to dynamic with improvements coming quickly. Highly recommend Nondh for his great insights and creative techniques to improve my swing.
