During those 3 months, I loved leaving the studio after a 50-minute stretch! I felt SO rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend Kayce! She's the Lead Flexologist, and she's fantastic! Kayce knows her stuff, and it REALLY shows. She's super knowledgeable and patient and always recommended stretches for me to do outside the studio to help me with my injury. The owner, Dave, is also great! He helped me with my membership and really cared about providing excellent customer service to his members. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my membership because it was too expensive. I paid $259 monthly for four sessions (50 minutes each). But I plan to do drop-in sessions now and then because I liked it so much! I recommend checking it out.

Today, at 8:00 am my husband went to the One Loudoun site, and someone was there with a client, but didn't offer to help my husband, so he started to explain his problem anyway but didn't get resolution. Took the general manger's card and called it, again no answer or voicemail. In the meantime, I have also sent an email to the One Loudoun location without reply. Do yourself a favor, book an appt with a reputable massage therapist instead. I will attempt to get a refund from their corporate offices. Wish me luck.

My issue is with the lack from management to understand that sometimes listening to the client about taking a break is just as important. I had been going twice a week for over six months and felt I needed to see if I could manage my "stiffness" on my own for a while. I had just been charged for a new plan of sessions and so had four remaining streches on my account when I asked I could take a break and come back in 4-6 months and use the remaining paid stretches. The manager, Brendan, assured me he "had me" and things would be on hold until I decided to return. Then, this past month, I had a new charge on my credit card for a new set of stretches, and when I reached out, no offer to refund those charges and if I wanted to cancel it would require a 30-day notice, which I know is in the contract, however I had asked not to have any new stretches added to my account several months prior and he ignored that request. In my opinion they should have reached out to me prior to charging my credit card with new stretches since I was on a break and not just charged my card without letting me know. When I wrote an email back to Brendan, he did not even respond to it! Needless to say I am very disappointed with how this was handled and will find other options for stretching moving forward.

This membership was the one thing I didn't know I needed! Since I've been going the past couple of…read moremonths, I am able to move so much easier. For the last several years, I have had to wait a few seconds (before moving) going from a seated position to standing to make sure everything is okay. Now, I am able to go from a seated position to standing and move right away in one seamless motion (most times, lol). Also, I am able to lean over in my car and pick up things that drop to the floor. I haven't been able to do this either for the past several years. Full disclosure, I've been working on losing weight also, and this has also assisted with my restored mobility. In compliance with their own cancellation process as outlined in detail on their website we both emailed the studio and spoke directly with the studio manager, Ryan. He refused to accept our cancellation notice and charged our credit card $100. Ryan was rude and combative on the phone. We strongly recommend that customers look elsewhere for similar services.
