We ordered a half sausage/half cheese pizza for delivery. Delivery was speedy, the pizza was very cheesy and most of us liked it. My friends felt it was reasonably priced and comparative to other delivery places in the area. Personally, it wasn't my favorite. The crust was chewy and not crispy. While I would not re-order my friends will. read more

I've been coming here for years, and while the name has stayed the same, ownership has changed hands a few times. A couple of years ago, it was run by a family--husband and wife working the counter, maybe even some of their kids helping out. Back then, the pizza was solid. But since the most recent change in ownership, it's just... okay. If you're from New York and expecting that classic New York-style pizza, this isn't quite it. It's not bad, but it's nothing special. The people working there are polite, but something about the pizza has changed--maybe the cost of ingredients is too high, maybe they're cutting corners, but the cheese is saltier, and the sausage isn't the same. We even called a couple of times to ask about the recipe changes because it was noticeable. If you live nearby and just want a quick slice, sure, it's convenient. But if you're willing to travel even a little bit, there are better options in the surrounding counties. I won't name them--you can do your own search--but trust me, they're out there. read more

I picked up pizza from Míjo previously and had a good experience. Today I got two slices of the grandmas pizza and I was very disappointed. The squares were dry , cheese looked like dry glue and the dough was super hard. If the slices were made hours and hours ago they should not be sold to the customer. I would expect fresh or perhaps 2 hour old pizza not pizza that looks like it was this morning:( Please try to sell somewhat "fresh" pizza not old dried up bread /pizza with dried up cheese on it. read more

Best pizza in the area. It's not in the center of town but worth the extra effort to try to find. I love the shrimp parm sub and the chicken bacon ranch pizza. The parking lot is a little annoying but overall, this is one of the best pizza places in the area read more

The thin margarita pizza is outstanding! Everything about this pie was perfection! We also had a slice of the Sicilian Pie which was also outstanding. We definitely will be enjoying more pizza from Mijo's. read more

Very nice place, nice people, always polite, and most of all a very tasty pizza pie. Always on time or early for delivery.

amazing pizza and the guy that made the was frien and helpful will be back with fan and friends real soon

As a child, I used to love to walk to Mijo's and enjoy their pizza. Now, the place is under new ownership but the place looks pretty much the same - coolers with a good assortment of cold beverages on the side and 7 tables that sit about 28 people comfortably. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with cheese, lettuce, honey mustard and pickles and there was nothing spectacular about it. The chicken was good, however, they didn't have pickles. The wrap was a tad too toasted and hard in areas. The girl who served me was nice and patient. I did find it unusual to see a menu on the wall with items and no prices. She referred me to a printed menu which got the job done. Overall, it wasn't too bad. read more

Very generous family run business great food Pizza is one of the best in the areas and great menu

Ever since the new owner the food and service has been amazing , I love the garlic knots and the bbq chicken pizza. The owner himself is so nice and great at what he does. read more

Best marguerite pizza! The dough is thin crusted and the sauce and cheese are just right... every time!

As I was looking for garlic knots nearby my house, I found this restaurant on yelp. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. Because I came in around 4-5pm it was a bit empty however thats good for me since I wanted to get some garlic knots to go fast and head home. As I was standing infront of the counter to look at the menu more customers started to come in. The menu has a lot of options and I decided to not only get the garlic knots but also the chicken parmigiana garlic knot sliders. The parmigiana garlic knot sliders were pretty good! I love garlic so anything that has garlic on it is a weakness for me. In my opinion if you order one then you should be full for about 5 bucks. The garlic knots were good as well. It comes with tomato sauce. Super tasty. I will definitely return to try the pizza. read more

My go-to place for pizza. Pizza is excellent. Love banana peppers on the pizza but sometimes they don't have them in. Their pizza is definitely 4 stars. Their subs are usually great too- like the Italian and tuna. Their roast beef, now- not so much. They stopped carrying roast beef for a while and now they have it again but it's different from before- now it's a weird light gray and gross so I'd say pass on that. That's the only negative thing I have to say but I love a good roast beef sub so it is disappointing. The roast beef they previously carried was delicious. So that makes me sad. They've switched ownership a bunch of times so that may have something to do with the change in roast beef. I'd give this place 3.5 if I could but it is still my default pizza place so I'll round up to a 4. Plus the people inside are usually friendly. read more

Great food great people come on in see for yourself. They make delicious food. Great 6' subs. Hot cold whatever you like read more

Horrible Owner, arrogant, and to top it off, worst pizza ever. So many better pizzeria around here, would never go there again, and would never recommend anyone to go there read more

Mijos delivered three six foot subs for a sports meeting. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh Everyone raves about the chicken cutlet sub the Italian sub and the turkey sub The bread was so fresh Thank you Mijos for providing the best food and service to us all the time. read more

Most arrogant owners. Ordered a slice of vegetable pizza, instead of telling me they don't have one, they took a plain pizza slice, threw few vegetables and cheese on top. When I received the pizza, I called to let them know, and the response from the owner "I don't give a SHIT what you think" read more

ALERT!! FOOD POISONING!! If I could select 0 stars I would I ordered hot wings to deliver first and foremost the wings were overly breaded and it was so much bread you couldn't even see the meat of the chicken it was barely any meat! Then the next morn I wake up throwing up literally all day had to call out of work, I had to go to emergency room they tell me I had FOOD poisoningggggg!!! The food is not great, the meat probably was not fully cooked because of all the breading around the chicken they must thought it was cooked thoroughly!! I would never recommend or go back to this place!!! read more

I came back for my second visit after again, sicilian pizza was recommended. I ordered online via their website and was told 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later to find out my ticket was still sitting there and my pizza wasn't even made! "Oh give us 15 to 20 minutes" Their excuse? "We had a lot of people order sicilians". Maybe you should give me a call then and let me know you are backed up! Terrible customer service. I had to leave and drive around and come back. I should have just cancelled it right there and then. Never coming back and will tell everyone of the terrible experience. read more

I went for some pizza, only to be ignored by the lady who never once acknowledged me. All while taking an order off the phone. She began to tell me who was first. After 10 minutes of waiting, I turned around to leave and only then did she ask if she could help me. I think not! I guess my money wasn't good there. read more

First time, last time.....pasta fagiola (fazool) is a good dish to test an Italian kitchen....and this one failed.....it had beans and small ditalini pasta in a strange tasteless creamy sauce.... the pizza had plenty of tasteless cheese...and I have been eating in Italian restaurants over 50 years...... read more

New owners are great people. Food is excellent & so is the service. I highly recommend Mijos. I was going there before the new owners took over & actually got sick from the pizza. When I saw it had new owners I went back. This guy Peyton was working under the old owners so he sounds like a disgruntled fired employee. As for his review its the farthest from the truth. read more

Amazing wings!!! Food always arrives fast and hot. Delicious sandwiches, everything tastes fresh. Owner is a really nice guy- delivered our food himself! Great place!! read more

The pizza is a bit average to be honest. Not bad for a quick bite, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Omg!!! There pizzzzzzzaaaaaa best in the area!!!! Chicken bacon ranch pizza is died for ..... Very good service .very good people working in this pizzeria They make there own cannoli - it's soooooo good ;)) 5 star pizzeria .5 star food ;) read more

Decided to try a new delivery place.). The delivery came on time.. The food is not what we expected and we've had all these dishes from other places so we aren't new to anything. First it says 4 riceballs, we got ONE HUGE one instead but it was not bad. The chicken fingers were ALL batter, no meat or VERY, VERY little meat. The pieces literally crumbled in your hand which is NOT what you want from a chicken finger. And for the price, EVERY other place we ordered from ALWAYS included fries - NOT HERE. Just crumbled pieces of batter. They may just had an off day. read more

This place is WAYYYYYY better ever since it has found new ownership (cannot emphasize that enough) owner is an amazing guy and the food is even better. Service was quick and amazing would recommend over and over again to all my friends if they're looking for great food and pizza read more

I really enjoy coming here. It's not only local but the food tastes delicious. I don't have any complaints. Everytime I walk into the restaurant, I am welcomed with a smile and great customer service. When I order delivery, the delivery arrives prior to expected time frames which is also a big plus. I usually order the Brooklyn Style Sicilian, but I enjoy the buffalo, bacon ranch and plain, too. Their sandwiches are hearty and tasty as well as their wings. Hope you get to enjoy them as much as I do. read more

I used to order from this place all the time. Today after months I decided to order some stuffed shells. I went and picked up my order but when I get home and open my food I see 4 shells. I paid $10 for 4 measly shells. I am so disappointed. I will never order again. read more

If plain pizza was ordered it may have been decent. I asked for Fresh garlic, they doused the middle with minced jarred garlic. If I didn't say lightly cooked it would have been burnt to shit. They seem to like dousing ingredients on everything they cook, also. I got "stuffed" mushrooms with uncooked bread crumbs inside. Never trust any "Italian" restaurant that gives saltines for their Pasta Fagioli. read more

The girl who takes the orders over the phone is so NICE ! pizza is good too ! Highly recommend!

This place was really great. The meatballs in the sub were delicious and huge, 100% authentic Italian cooking. Cheesesteak also excellent. Just order a half- they were plenty big for a meal. We got 1/2 bbq chicken 1/2 chicken bacon ranch pizza. Crust was perfect thickness to hold the toppings straight. Really fantastic pizza. The wings were the only let down. They were small, and came sauce on side so they weren't soggy... but no blue cheese, carrot or celery. They are the only reason I'm going down 1 star, but if you order subs and pizza its gonna be a 5 star night. read more

Pizza is very good and so is the other food. The chicken wraps are loaded with chicken which is always a plus.

The pizza I ordered was very good. Will order again. But the veal saltambocca needs a little work. Veal was tender but the frozen spinach killed it. I order again for the pizza but I'll try a different dinner item. read more

So, have ordered from here before. I was craving a magherita pizza. Ordered @5:30 pm EST. By 6:15 I'm wondering where my pie is (PS, I live 3 blocks away) . At 6:39 I cancelled my order (because there was no pizza). They at least reversed my credit card purchase but should have at least offered a discount for future purchases. read more

Order messed up once again. Wrong order, oil leaking all over everything, overcharged me for a vegetable. Called to let the owner know and he said "this is one of those days where everyone has a problem". Not sure if that excuses anything. Merely said to me, in anger, "I f**ked up, that's all I can say". Yeah, he did. Not like they're the only game in town. Too bad because if they actually get the order right, the food isn't bad. Sick of the wrong order and crossing my fingers when I place the order hoping it's not messed up. read more

Really bad pizza and subs. We had a Sicilian slice and regular slice. Neither had any flavor. They were bland and the regular was burnt and hard. We got an Italian sub and chicken parm sub. Italian was horrible. Super thick slices of the deli meat. Not balanced. Not good. The chicken parm was equally bad. Sauce was bland again. Not sure what the strong reviews are for. read more
