I explained that I was not aware of their internal closing time -- I only relied on the pickup window provided on the Too Good To Go app. Since the app states that pickup is available until 10:00 p.m., I believe I had every right to arrive before 10:00 p.m. and expect my order to be honored. He then said there was no food left and that if I wanted it, I should come "tomorrow at 9:30." When I asked for a time range instead of an exact minute, he refused and insisted that I must come exactly at 9:30 if I wanted food. He also blamed me for arguing and claimed that because of me, he would get home later. This was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Additionally, this is not the first time this has happened.
