Sometimes the best tacos are made in a truck. If I could give an award for the best tacos in Denver, Migration would win, no contest. Their tacos are even better than my tacos, and I hold tacos to high standards. There's your everyday, throw something in a tortilla with hot sauce because you're hungry kind of tacos, and then there's the top-tier tacos that you dream about when you use the drool emoji. Migration Tacos are drool emoji worthy. My personal favorite is their fried avocado taco. Every avocado lover knows that fried avocado is the pinnacle of avocado sorcery. I also love the things they do with seitan and BBQ. The only problem with Migration is that their tacos are so filling, I can only eat one or two when I want to eat them ALL. And maybe a breakfast burrito... Migration serves brunch as well - last Sunday at Epic Brewing I had some green chili cheesy grits from Migration, and they were dreamy. I could have eaten those grits all day. I had the migas tacos (and ate one) but I was eyeing my husband's breakfast burrito. I wanted to try a bite, but I was too full of grits. Get your vegan taco fix. If you're in Denver and hungry for tacos, be sure to chase down Migration. As their name implies, location is subject to change. So there we are, dealing with a Western Diamondback Rattlesnake only to look up and see the Migration Taco Truck. Had to try it, totally legit. Amazing to have this truck down in Rodeo, NM off highway 80. If you're a herper (looking for reptiles/amphibs), birder, bug person, nature lover, or just a taco buff and find yourself in that area, definitely give it a shot! I'm just happy to be alive during the same time as Migration Taco! That may sound dramatic, but if you're vegetarian or vegan, and tacos happen to be your favorite food, you probably understand! From the tacos to the nachos to the Mac and cheese... It's all 5 stars! If they have it in the menu, definitely get their BBQ Party Taco or breakfast burrito (usually Sundays only). Recently they started serving pizzachangas which are ooey gooey and deep fried! While I have been a regular for the past year, Migration Taco has also become a go to during Covid19 with their home delivery. I would like to update my initial review to rave about how wonderful Migration Taco has been during the COVID-19 pandemic. They have been doing home delivery for a few weeks now, and I have ordered several times. They have been on time for every delivery (they offer a 1-hour window with text updates on the status of your order) and have come up with excellent ways to keep the food fresh/non-soggy, etc. Just one more reason Migration Taco continues to be an impressive, amazing business. read more

Best vegan Mac and cheese I've ever had. The tacos made me weak in the knees. They expanded their delivery range so ppl like new can still get their delicious food in times of covid. Got a taco and a pizza roll as delivery since we're stuck at home and trying to support local spots. Partner got the barbecue bowl and was super into it. This place was so good!!! Proved to my non vegan wife that vegan tacos can be great! Tried the carne Asada and chorizo tacos at Stapleton's farmers market and loved them both. We'll definitely be seeking this truck out wherever they are in the future. read more

I've been coming to Denver for the past couple of years and Migration Tacos is hands down the best place I've tried. We had plans to go elsewhere but after running into them outside of Nooch we had to give it a try, especially with the GABF themed taco.  The tacos were so good we cancelled our other plans and got more tacos and some of the best mach and cheese I've had. On my next trip to denver, finding the truck will be my top priority. read more
