For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

He told me he would wash my van and wash my tires. I came home and the van look like it had never even seen water, the tires were so dirty it was almost embarrassing. There was a terrible dust/dirt/rain storm yesterday and my suv was very dirty. The GM was very helpful and he was just as confused about these grainy bits on my white SUV as I was. He told me trees can "mist" and maybe it was from the trees on my property. I called my tree guy and he said that's actually a thing and that tree sap and particles can freeze and can also blow in from elsewhere too. So bottom line, while this location doesn't offer all that they could (towels, and a mechanism to wash car mats would help them differentiate themselves from all the other car washes), I found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful, and concerned about the situation. Attitude can make all the difference and these guys have a great attitude. It's not a fancy car wash but the people are pleasant and that sure beats the alternative. I got the mid range car wash and it seemed priced a bit high. But they have a free vacuum which is nice.

I've got a large dog that I take everywhere with me, he slobbers on the windows, side of car, and sometimes the seats. Dog hair is impossible to get out of upholstery 100% - I don't know how Bobby did it, but you can't even tell a giant bull mastiff has ever been in my car. My spot test is always the tires, if they get the rims real good, I know that they've been thorough. Smelled oh so fresh too. Job exceeded my expectations. He came with his own set up, water tank and all. Was looking so good, I had a neighbor stop by to ask if he could work on her car next (I love helping people get business). The employee who helped me, CJ, was competent, professional, and meticulous in the work her performed and I was pleased to see how much pride he took in his work, wanting to do the job correctly.
