If I could give zero stars, I would. Our family has used this car wash several times a week for many years, but we will be taking our business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. My daughter took her car through the car wash, and during the drying process, an employee wearing jewelry cracked her window. She immediately reported the incident to the supervisor on duty. Unfortunately, the supervisor was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She instructed the employee to remove his bracelets--which raised concerns--(Why have him take them off if they were "rubber") We were asked to complete an incident report and were told they would "see if" the damage would be covered. The supervisor refused to provide her name or the manager's name. The initial claim was denied, though the issue was forwarded to corporate, who then contacted their insurance company. After a full month, the claim was denied again, stating that no excessive force was used and that the employee was wearing rubber bracelets. We strongly disagree with this conclusion, as the window was not damaged prior to entering the car wash. While we understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism in handling this situation is unacceptable. As a result, our family, friends, and everyone I personally recommend businesses to will not be returning. Save yourself the trouble. read more

I use the MW in Lovington NM. nobody has been drying the vehicles in the last 3 weeks I went to the MW in Hobbs on joe Harvey they didn't spray my vehicle At all they dried at it. Went to one location and was told that they did not do interior and exterior, was told to go to 19th and Milwaukee location no appointment needed. They would be doing it there. Got to 19th and Milwaukee was told that they were short staffed and therefore could not do it. Although you can go to the 50th location. First location told me the only other location that would do interior is 19th in Milwaukee only disappointing. read more

The staff is helpful and courteous. The scrub your car before you enter the wash, and dry it off as you leave. The stalls to vacuum out your car are clean and easy to use. They make my day!!!! read more

Worst car wash I have ever experienced. One side of my F150 had been washed and the other side looked like it had not been touched! What tha? Really? No mud, no off road stuff, just the grime we all get off the paved roads when it rains. The two guys that feebly attempted to "dry" off my vehicle didn't notice the right side of my WHITE truck was filthy? Heck, there was only one guy even drying & wiping but then another guy showed up wiped one mirror off. Yay! I had to go over my truck by hand and complete the job. I went to the car wash because I didn't have the time to do it myself. So glad I did not buy the monthly membership they were pushing. What a lousy excuse for a business. I was at the car wash on 19th street off Milwaukee in Lubbock, Texas on 8/11/24 at around 12/30 pm and to say the experience was sub par is stretching it. The four attendants that washed and dried "at" my car missed several spots and I had to go over it again at the fuel station to get their "misses" corrected, most times they do an excellent job but the 11th was definitely an off day for them. read more

Just moved to town and went and bought a monthly membership right away. Went through the first time and the truck was still dirty and the rags they used had grease on them and it was smearing all over the windshield. I couldn't even see out of the windshield when driving into the sun. Plus they didn't even get the bugs off the windshield. Went back the next day just figuring it was a bad day or something. Same exact issues. Went back on a third day and the result is in the pictures I'm attaching. Here's the kicker though, I went to another Mighty Wash on 82nd and Milwaukee and they cleaned the car up perfectly. So it is NOT Mighty Wash in general but only the one on 19th right outside the loop. Seems like just a management issue. read more

Took our brand new car in to get washed. The trim was torn off by the machine. The company claims that their equipment couldn't have done it and that it was a defect in our BRAND NEW car. A bit crowded at Peak time but the cars go through pretty quick. Somebody must be watching because as soon as it looked like I was having trouble paying, somebody walked over quickly to help me out with it. Didn't want to tell them that one of my cards was not working well. The cheapest wash here is $8 and I believe I saw the monthly membership was $25 which it's always worth it since it's less than a dollar a day to watch the vehicle. The added on bonus here is as your vehicle is leaving the bay, there are two workers to dry down your vehicle with a towel besides of your vehicle. Not every wash does that by the way. read more

I've tried a few different locations but usually go to the one off 19th by Milwaukee. Everytime I go it seems the service gets worse and worse! They never scrub the front of the truck to get the bugs off and most the time they hardly ever get the windshield. The drying usually leaves my windows worse than when I came in! 82 and Milwaukie location, Tuesday Aug.3. I paid for the deluxe wash and I paid an additional $2 for tire/ wheel cleaning and $3 to have my truck hand dried. The kid that did the hand dry and tires and dry could care less. He never used the compressed air to blow the water out from behind the mirrors or door handles. I had to ask him to re-dry several spots, never touched the roof. Did a poor job on the tires and wheels... leaned my lesson, no more Mighty Wash for me. read more

I live close to the MW on 19th and Milwaukee, I signed up for a monthly wash pass online, When I arrived to get my window decal, The 1st thing the employee in the office said was,"We don't do memberships online, let me talk to my manager " When he returned he said that his manager had no idea how I signed up online. I showed him the email that verified that I signed up and the bank withdrawal. He finally checked on the computer and found it. Instead of apologizing he said "Well man next time don't do it online because you can get scammed " I went ahead and utilized the pass for the month and the car wash never fully cleaned the dirt off. washed my wife's new blazer last week! the direstor was motioning for me to go straight and my left wheel and tire hit the curb very hard. I threw up my hands in disgust. after exiting the wash I went to the vacuum and checked for damaged. I filled out a report with the manager and he said he would watch the cameras and get back with me. the next day he called and advised that they would accept responsibility and for me to get a estimate. I did and went to turn it it today and a smart elic manager (Tyler Miller) said that it should have never been approved! That he had written up the manager and another! Wish I could give it no stars, first of all the height limit was not accurate to the layout of car wash itself, the first soap dispenser scraped the top of my truck because it is rounded on the sides for no reason other than aesthetic. Pointless and a hazard. Also payed for a HAND shined tire service and the kicker was that not one hand touched my tire. The brushes were ineffective and the sad employees towel drying my car with their flaccid wrists and lack of sense of direction are almost useless. You're better off spitting on your hood and buffing it in with your sleeve. Save money live better read more

Mighty Wash - Nice amenities but poor integrity. The facility's and services are what make Mighty Wash a step above the rest. The management, not so much. To preface why I'm upset I'd like to state that I have given business to Mighty Wash since I bought my Kia Optima in February 2015. I was referred to them by Gene Messer Kia and had always enjoyed the services and their customer promise (which is where they fall short.). I have had countless washes done at all of the facilities in Lubbock, TX (82nd - 19th st. and their newest location on the south loop). I have had services from glass chip repair (twice), bought from their vending machine despensers with cleaning amenities, paid for details, ect. I'm unsure of total cost but I'd guess close to $400-$500 give or take. So on to the issue. - I had a piece of my car decal come off during a wash. It's a chrome accent above the window. Initially I wasn't concerned considering they have it stated that they will cover car damages up to 10 years old. Following the incident I was curious about the cost of the part and went to the dealership. It's $70 with Gene Messer Kia and they even stood by Mighty Wash stating that Mighty Wash has bought the same decal chrome piece from them for other customers regarding the same problem. So no big deal, right? Wrong. I had put in a claim with an associate immediately after exiting the wind tunnel noticing that the decal had come off. I was informed by the associate helping me that I would receive a call next day - nothing. I waited until the following day, called the main office and was informed by the receptionist that I'd be contacted next day. Same thing, nothing. I then waited another 2 days and called the main office for a second time and received no follow up yet again. Since that was leading no where I decided to follow up with my claim at the car wash on 19th St. location to be informed by non-management that my claim had been denied. On the notes of the claim paper it is stated in the comments that they see where the damage had happened to my car on the camera while in the wind tunnel. Following this information I wanted more details in regards on why my claim had been denied. The associate that was helping me gave me Spencer's contact; Spencer is a local site manager. I call him and left a voicemail with no follow up. Two days pass and I decided to call Spencer again and left another voice mail. I finally received a call back from Spence later that day, August 14th. It was the FIRST time I had been able to talk to a person with pull since my incident on July 31st. Spencer told me that my claim was denied because they do not cover decal. Fine, I understand policy. But maybe he'd make an acception to the rule and take care of me for my loyal business. When conversating with Spencer I asked if he'd reconsider the verdict considering I have given them a fair amount of business (I told him the information listed above) and referred family and friends to them as well. He said he'd review the cameras again and call me the next day. So here I am more than 2 and a half weeks past the incident on July 31st. 6 days from my last talk with Spencer/manager on August 14th and what a shocker, no follow up. I am now left with my damaged car, $70 I have to pay to fix it and lost time - which is fine. I'll just find a new place to wash my car; I'm sure they will appreciate my money. My closing thoughts are to be weary of using services at mighty wash because your loyalty will more than likely fall on deaf ear. Mighty Wash, you have lost business and I will make sure to tell others to avoid dealing business with y'all going forward. Their integrity and customer commitment is about as good as Reagor Dykes Auto Group - Bad. read more

They really took their time washing the car and being very careful with it since it is wrapped. They even went out of their way to accommodate us. Worst experience ever. Got a card for a wash from our car dealer. Drove in at 8. Cones still up blocking the entrance. Drove around trying to see if they were open. Saw three young men sitting inside. At least two were on their phones. We circled. Two were out by then. We asked if they were open and the one asked us what time it was. Not my job, young man. We got very little instruction. No instructions on putting car in neutral, wait at end. We ended up leaving with none of the vaunted hand drying because there was no one there. Been to Mighty wash many times, and have never had a problem. First time i went there they accidentally locked my truck with the keys in it. I did not get mad and start complaining like most people would. They were super nice about it. They called a lock smith and paid to unlock my door then gave me a voucher for a free wash. Only once my truck came out of wash still a little dirty. I showed the manager and he ran it right back thru the wash. No charge. I use the one on 19th all the time and would recommend it to family and friends. read more

I got the best car wash of my life. I had writings painted on the windows be caused my granddaughter went to the finals. The attitude of all the workers was a blessing to me. The ask me if I wanted the paint removed. This process required a lot of extra work but they worked hard and had a great attitude. read more

I would give zero stars, but I can't. We dropped off a 60k truck to get detailed and we were blamed for having a broken door handle/ told it was dropped off this way. After multiple phone calls a manager finally showed up and assessed the situation. After over an hour we were finally told it was not our fault.
