I've got a large dog that I take everywhere with me, he slobbers on the windows, side of car, and sometimes the seats. Dog hair is impossible to get out of upholstery 100% - I don't know how Bobby did it, but you can't even tell a giant bull mastiff has ever been in my car. My spot test is always the tires, if they get the rims real good, I know that they've been thorough. Smelled oh so fresh too. Job exceeded my expectations. He came with his own set up, water tank and all. Was looking so good, I had a neighbor stop by to ask if he could work on her car next (I love helping people get business). Pricing was more than fair, especially for the quality of his work - I've been charged 2-3x that much in CA. Found Bobby on Yelp, my mind is blown he doesn't have more reviews here. Hire this man, you won't regret it.

My car was pretty dirty, however it's a two year old tiny car. No permanent stains, mostly dog hair. Considering their fee, I was expecting a pretty decent job. When I picked up my car, there were spots not touched, so I had to have them vacuum it one more time. The windshield was not cleaned neatly. Inside the doors are not touched. Overall, it was clean, but I could have gotten the same quality of a service for quarter of the price anywhere else. And finally, when I was told my seat covers were in my trunk, it turned out they pulled it out to wash it and forgot to tell me. And waited for me to call them for two days, even though they realized they had the covers. Again, they're all really friendly and nice. Maybe I ended up getting that one rare time bad service, however I definitely won't be going back.
