I especially liked the fact that they didn't replace a couple of broken parts that wasn't that important and cost $450.00 each. This is the first experience I have with a body shop for hail damage repair, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but overall, I was pleased with my experience. They did all the legwork to negotiate with my insurance company. The car was even detailed when I got it back. You can't tell where any of the damage was. Car looks great. Thanks HRP!

My truck was there about three weeks. It took a lot of work to take off the box and do it back to factory specifications.
