I called them yesterday afternoon and they were able to work me in to make that happen. The guys were all very kind, super efficient and did an outstanding job replacing my windshield. A Huge Bonus!! One of our fleet vehicles need windshield replaced so called Double T and they got it in the next day. It looked great but here is where this shop stands out. We have vehicles in every state and every vehicle has a Samsura GPS camera mounted on the windshield. This is the first shop that didn't leave the camera hanging loose after the window replacement. They actually remounted the camera and all the of decals that were on the original windshield. That was impressive and saved myself having to re-order a mount and decals for the vehicle. On a recent vacation from Colorado to Port Aransas, TX, we stayed one night in Lubbock and our vehicle was broken into in the hotel parking lot. Double T Glass was the only shop willing to help get us back on the road the same day we called - others had at least a 5 day wait. Within 45 minutes of calling Double T, we were in the shop with repairs underway. When there was an issue with the glass for our window not fitting, the owner was willing to have a special pickup done from a warehouse a couple hours away. During our extended wait, the owner gave us keys to their vehicle so we could go eat and find something to entertain us instead of being stranded in their waiting room for the 4 to 5 hour wait. This glass place was referred to me by Pollard Ford they say he did good work. I brought in my 2017 Cadillac CTS for windshield replacement. In the process they scratched up the passenger side pillar cover. The owner said he was going to take care of it and have the piece ordered and take it to a body shop to be replaced. But he was going to make the employee pay for it. So then he had somebody come in supposedly and repair it. Worst job ever he never told me he was having somebody fix it on the spot, he told me he was having somebody come in and look at it. Then when I wasn't satisfied with it he said he would get it fixed. That was the end of April now it's the middle of July. It has been one excuse after the other. He's had the VIN number at least three different times keep saying he lost it, he won't return a phone call. No one is ever at the shop when I go by. I'm giving you one last chance to Wednesday of next week if it's not fixed by then we're going to small claims court. You can't be a business owner if your word doesn't mean anything. And I am going to go by every car dealer in town and let them know just what kind of irresponsible business this is. go to Safelite they take care of their customers the correct way they don't lie.
