Fast forward to a few weeks ago and my passenger side door wouldn't open without scraping the front fender and sometimes it wouldn't open at all. I had no idea how or where to even begin to get this fixed. I was recommended this business and showed up to get an estimate. Google said they closes at 5:30 but the door said 5. I was there at 4:50. Expecting to be asked to return at a different date they gladly let me show them the problem and they proceeded to fix it, rather quickly. Above and beyond kindness and customer service is what I received at the end of a long work day and if that is the indicator of some quality folks and a quality business. I hope I don't need them but if I do I know where to go because they have more than earned my trust and any future business I may have.

Yes, minor scratches that Collision Center caused were buffed out. The major deep scratches on my door that CC caused were not buffed out because the shop scratched too deep. It was Collision Center choice to not replace the roof of my car and Collision Center choice to not repair the damage to my door that occurred at their shop.

However, yesterday I waited two hours before my car was even taken back into the shop, and the repair itself was then completed in about an hour. I was told the job itself would take about three hours total for replacement and recalibration, but I'm not sure if that was supposed to include me waiting for two hours before any service was completed. The tech also tried to convince me to just repair the old windshield after I thought I'd made it clear I wanted a new one. Please do better next time, guys.
