I can't say enough good things about these people. I had to pay out of pocket after being surprised to find out after switching insurance companies that I didn't have comprehensive coverage. Their more well-known competitor wanted twice the amount and a $50 fee to come to me. These folks are free in town service. They had a magician out to me first thing in the morning in my work parking lot and let me tell you, from moment ONE this guy (David) was friendly, beyond helpful, answered any and all questions I had, gave me the number of a tint guy, and let me pay whatever way I was most comfortable with. He truly seemed like he was just happy to be doing his job. That's an absolute rarity these days, he's a gem. And bless his heart, it wasn't remotely a comfortable temperature outside, I greatly appreciate Glass Magic and will definitely keep giving them my business and turn others their way as well for sure. read more

I needed a new windshield for my F250. I specified that I wanted a factory windshield (Carlite brand), not aftermarket. When I got the quote, I asked once again if that was a factory glass and was assured that it was. When I dropped the truck off, I asked again and was assured that it was. When I picked my truck up, the same once again, "Yes Sir, it is a factory windshield" Yesterday while attemptitng to have a warranty repair, I was informed by Ford that they couldn't do therepair because the glass was not factory and sent me a picture of the aftermarket brand. I was lied to about this at least 4, and I think 5 times about this. When I went to talk to them today, they told me it would cost $100 to fix it. I begrudgingly accepted the charge and had them replace it specifying the Carlite Ford factory brand. I just picked up the truck and it has a "Carlex" brand glass. When questioned, they told me it was the same thing and that they had called the Ford dealer and gotten it approved. I just spoke with the service manager at the dealership and he knew nothing about a call or the brand. Sooo, I called the manager at Glass Magic and was told that there was in fact no call to the Ford dealer. In other words, another lie. Now I can accept an occasional misunderstanding, and I am an understanding individual, but nothing but lies andcosting me money....... I will nev read more

Glass Magic did me right! Visiting from Vegas and got a rock chip in my windshield (as one does in West Texas). Came in early but was asked to come back after the chip dried out after a night of torrential rain. So I came back 5 hours later. They all remembered me from earlier, fixed the chip, and gave me the "early-bird" price ($25 instead of $38 if you are there before 10 am). Y'all rock! And not just for fixing rock chips. Came in for a tiny rock chip and am now back for a 4th time - that's not a good thing. The rock chip ran while he was fixing it and became a 10" crack. Then he said he "fixed it so it won't run anymore" and they didn't charge me for the "repair". Jack (the manager) was off that Saturday so I called on Monday. He said that the 10" crack can happen sometimes so that's why customers sign the acknowledgment of this. He said the repair tech repaired it and he "wouldn't put someone in the shop that he wouldn't put his name behind". Jack said I could bring it by and he'd look at it to make sure it wouldn't run anymore since at that point it didn't need to be replaced. I was to bring it back on Friday. Guess what happened on Thursday - you guessed it- it ran again to now be about 20" in length and now must be replaced. I showed up on Friday at 11:15 and Jack just left for the day (after he told me on Monday he'd be there all day on Friday). The same tech that "fixed"' the original rock chip looked at it and said "it won't run anymore" but Jack will need to see it. Since Jack wouldn't be back until Monday they said I could bring it back the following Saturday (today) and they'd make sure Jack was there to see it. Jack called me on Thursday because he doesn't work on Saturdays. He said that the 2 different runs weren't his fault and it sometimes happens. He gave me the "dealership" discount on a new windshield - something I shouldn't have had to pay for had the tech repaired the rock chip and/or 1st run correctly to begin with. Showed up to get it replaced and got in the car to leave when I noticed the rear view mirror was installed upside down. Are you kidding me...poor customer service and quality assurance. read more

Went there at 2:45 was about by 3:15. Super quick and fast service for my chipped windshield it was great and they're flexible with insurance. Was on the phone with me and my insurance company. I had to pay nothing out of pocket and it was wonderful. Would for sure recommend it to anyone who needs their windshield repaired. read more

Glass Magic stood by their work! Got a new windshield put in by them and a few months later I had a rock chip that IMMEDIATELY turned into a crack across my windshield. They stopped the crack from spreading. A few weeks later got another rock chip in the windshield. They fixed this as well, based on their warranty. A few weeks later the fixed crack started running again. At this point, they offered to purchase me another windshield. They bought me a new windshield and new fascia along my windshield (as there were some scratches present from all of the repairs they had been doing). They did an amazing job and honored their work/company policies! It isn't often that a company will take credit for such things anymore. Glass Magic service is a tribute to the friendliness and efficiency of West Texans. While I was visiting my parents at Raider Ranch (retirement community) in Lubbock, an errant rock kicked up by a lawn edger knocked out my side window. I called Glass Magic the next morning, and Chelsea found a window in stock in town (for a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, of all things!) and set up an appointment for later in the afternoon that same day to install it. I dropped it off early in the morning, and low and behold, it was ready an hour later, hours ahead of schedule. I was able to finish my visit with a full set of windows and then drive home to Missouri on schedule. Chelsea even helped to arrange for the payment from the lawn care company to pay for the window and the install, both of which were perfect. I miss Lubbock, having lived in MO for 22 years, particularly for the kind of people that Glass Magic employs -- kind, friendly, efficient, and trustworthy.
