Nobody is perfect, but Auto Glass tries their best to be. I was able to schedule in advance, I dropped a vehicle off, found lunch nearby, came back and chatted with Kim until the windshield was done, and paid a reasonable price. Hands down best place to go in the Hub for glass repair. I dropped my car off and walked over to eat breakfast at Cast Iron Grill. Just over and hour after I dropped my car off it was ready when I got back. Very professional, friendly and great work!! As a auto insurance adjuster, I see many things on this side of the ball. I called a couple of places to get an estimate to get my Suv's windshield replaced, Kim answered the phone here and was professional, yet friendly and gave me an estimate. The price was fair and due to her professionalism I told her we would bring the vehicle in the next morning. We brought it in and in a very short time they called that it was finished. Have been here a couple times for ding repair. someone broke the back window out of my van and it had to be replaced so I didn't even try to go anywhere else because I have always been treated very fairly. The glass was difficult to get, which was not their fault. When it did arrive, I dropped my van off, walked to a nearby restaurant, and even stopped in to see the Buddy Holley Center. My brand new 2017 car went in with 2 small rock chips and came out CRACKED. Kim broke my windshield beyond repair then offered us $39 off a brand new windshield...(that costs $300) The owner was rude and inconsiderate. I am NEVER taking a vehicle there again.
