    Car wash was horrible. I took two vehicles through back to back. Both came out looking almost as bad as the went in. No towels to hand dry, poor vacuum cleaners, no way to remotely clean the vehicle. Spent $16 on the wash and will have to go somewhere else to get the car washed.

    I thought I needed to cancel the auto deal on the 9th of the month. So I called on the 8th thinking I was one day ahead to find out it had been charged on the 6th. I got my days mixed up. Rylie guided me through the cancellation process and told me to make sure to state why. So I put that I got the days mixed up but I'm in Dallas also and no longer need it. I asked for corporate number which they say they don't have but give me the number to the Gm. He told me give it 5 business days for the refund and then if nothing happens he will take care of it. Today, I get a call from Hailey, she told me that there'd be no refund because I used the car wash the 8th. I told her that's impossible I was sitting on a couch in mesquite Texas that day speaking to riley about canceling. After a brief back and forth, yes you did you use, no I didn't I was 400 miles away she said she figured it out and that when I spoke to Riley he must have put it in as if I was there getting a car wash. That doesn't make sense to me but whatever. But I became even more infuriated when I found out that Jason, the person I've communicated with twice NEVER SENT the info to corporate for a refund because he thought I ran through the car wash that day. Not ONCE did he bring this up when we spoke, all he did was say he'd help. So here I am thinking he's helped when in fact he never bothered to submit it. I took a screenshot of my bank charges that proved I was in the Dallas area on the 8th. I don't appreciate being accused of something I didn't do and being called a liar. It's now submitted (or so I'm told, I was told before that it had been submitted so we shall see) and I've sent the proof. So now I have to wait ANOTHER 5 days for my refund. I will eventually be back in Amarillo but I can promise this, I will NOT be using this place. Not after this. Communicating one thing with me and doing the opposite PLUS accusing me of lying was it for me. I also don't like not being able to directly complain to corporate myself and have to rely on someone else on my behalf who obviously doesn't have me, the customer, best interest at heart. I also no longer trust that they'll help and contacted my bank who is now handling it.

    This place used to be so great. New owners. Towels are terrible and vacuums rarely work. Will be going somewhere else.

My daughter took her car through the car wash, and during the drying process, an employee wearing jewelry cracked her window. She immediately reported the incident to the supervisor on duty. Unfortunately, the supervisor was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She instructed the employee to remove his bracelets--which raised concerns--(Why have him take them off if they were "rubber") We were asked to complete an incident report and were told they would "see if" the damage would be covered. The supervisor refused to provide her name or the manager's name. The initial claim was denied, though the issue was forwarded to corporate, who then contacted their insurance company. After a full month, the claim was denied again, stating that no excessive force was used and that the employee was wearing rubber bracelets. We strongly disagree with this conclusion, as the window was not damaged prior to entering the car wash. While we understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism in handling this situation is unacceptable. As a result, our family, friends, and everyone I personally recommend businesses to will not be returning. Save yourself the trouble.
