They did a good job tinting the windows and a Ceramic coating. But, they can't fix rock chips, do not ask them to fix rock chips!! My vehicle looked better with the rock chips before they globbed on the repair paint. Terrible job!! read more

Had them quote a window tint job. Told them to go ahead. When I showed up it was $200 more than the quote. They Forgot to disclosed a fee and refused to stand behind the quote they gave me. Gave me a "$50 discount for the mix up". They still got me for $150 that was not part of the agreed upon price. Tint job is good, owner and his representatives are trash. read more

Had my car windows tinted all around. I did not know what the prices were back then when I had it done. I was over charged and clueless. Its my fault for not knowing, but also not a business I would return to because of their business practices. I had just washed and waxed the car prior to dropping the car off. Once the work was finished, it was dusty and I eventually noticed multiple scratch marks in the tint once I got back at home, and a small scratch on the airbag by a razor blade. I'm not the type of person to make a big deal out of something. I want to inform to you about their pricing, quality, and their business practices. It seems they enjoy money over everything else. Update: I respect that you care about your business. I have even higher expectations especially on the quality of work done. If I have to show what was done wrong, then there is a problem. read more

These people are awesome. I had my windows tinted/new windshield put in by them. I noticed when I drove my windshield was making a loud noise at higher speeds! I brought my jeep back in for them to take a look at to see if there was a leak. It wasn't the windshield, but they stayed past closing to help me figure out what the problem was!! I truly appreciated it, coming in after work. They could have easily told me "not the windshield-sorry" but they didn't. They figured out what was causing the noise, even made a temporary fix for the problem until I got back in town from a long road trip. Super great customer service!! read more

Where do I even start? Dropped my car off Thursday May 24 for a detail, it sat all day and I had to leave it overnight and not get it until the end of the next day. If that wasn't inconvenient enough. My $400 radar detector was stolen. Yes stolen, I left the car there with a radar detector, got it back without one. Call it what you like. I didn't initially realize it wasn't on my windshield when I got the car back, and thats my fault. I got it back right around closing time and they sent me on my way, it wasn't about 30 minutes later I had realized it wasn't there, I called back and no response, I was too far out and figured I could just call in the morning and pick it up then. I call and come in, and they tell me they haven't seen it (how?) I talk to the lady at the front desk and ask about it saying perhaps they misplaced it when cleaning the front windshield, she brings out one of the workers and he instantly gets an attitude with me, at no point did I accuse him of stealing, but his behavior was totally uncalled for, he brings me back to the garage saying "Go ahead look around we don't steal around here" with a rude attitude and I'm keeping cool reassuring him I didn't think that of him, and that his behavior wasn't needed. We come back, I make a phone call and after he goes "Have you figured it out yet?" And I go "Hey man I'm 95% that Radar Detector was on there." He yells back at me in front of customers "Well you're 95% wrong!" Like excuse me? At this point I have no doubt in mind he could be a suspect of stealing it, if he didn't he wouldn't be so hostile. I talk to the owner he tells me "It could have been taken outside when it was sitting but we have cameras" and I respond "So you guys don't lock the cars?, no disrespect thats a little unprofessional" he completely changed and comes back at me with an attitude and questions I assure him I didn't want things to go south and he goes "Whatever you come at me with I will do the same" I insist on looking at the camera footage, he tells me to come back later around closing. I come back around closing, wait an hour and 15 and finally get to see the camera footage just to find out the quality of it is so bad you can't even look through the windshield and there wasn't even a camera near my car, and it just so happened a boat was covering the camera at the garage it was in. The whole experience was terrible, unprofessional, unpleasant and rude. I would not recommend Tint World to anyone, very uncaring to their customers concerns as well as their personal belongings. read more

Called tint world and spoke to Brian, I was looking to get my windows tinted and did not have an appointment. He worked me in, however they close at a certain time and I was worried as it was after hours and no one had contacted me. I stopped in and the young woman came out and approached me with an attitude and said that I should have expected this as I was a work in. I will not be bringing in my cars to this establishment again. I don't pay someone to be treated like this. read more

Let me just begin with the fact I have not really taken care of my car like I shpuld have. It was a little pricey but they did a lot of work on detailing the interior of my car. i had stains from cokes, pets, misc that have been in collection for years. I promised him that I would take care of my car on a whole new level after i saw thw work they put into it. They did a great job and were super friendly. Horrible service !! We purchased a DVD player and they gave us the demo and then didn't check it after install . We drove home (86 miles away ) . I didn't have kids with me so I trusted them to check and make sure it was working . Then had to drive back the next week after calling they said bring it back and we will get it taken care of . I went back of course the demo unit needed to be replaced but didn't have it in stock !! So I have to make another trip to get it installed. I asked for compensation because of the inconvenience and they said no. After continuing to ask for the owner I finally got $50 back from the owner !! He wouldn't even speak with me. I am in customer service and If I treated my clients like that I would be out of business. We won't be going back!!! read more

Majority of my personal reviews on YELP are positive, however, I highly recommend not going to Tint World. To cut to the chase, I caught them lying to me on several occasions, and I refuse to do business with a company that isn't up front with their customers. They installed a new radio into my car incorrectly and wanted to charge me $405 to fix it. I took my car to a competitor company and was told Tint World installed my car radio incorrectly, blew the back-up camera, and it would cost me $250 to get it fixed. When I took it back to Tint World I was told by three employees they would, "make it right" and ensured me that whoever I spoke to previously that gave me the $405 figure was sorely mistaken. An employee came out and said the radio was bad and it needed to be replaced, that the competitor was wrong and it was the radio, not the installation. I was told a new radio would come in the next day, and it would take about 20 minutes to replace the bad one. Two days later, I got a phone call saying the radio came in. When we took my car to get the radio replace, after waiting 2 hours, we were told it would be $230. When refusing to pay, they (for all intents and purposes) held my car hostage until I spoke with the owner. To make a long story a little shorter, the owner said to me, "Of course they said it was the installation, they are the competitor, I would have said the same thing." What?! Secondly he said, "We aren't charging you for the installation or labor, just the price of the radio." When I told him no, I was still not going to pay, he said, "I don't understand why you were going to pay them $250 but you won't pay me $230. It makes no sense." Simply put, I told him, "Because I don't trust you all to tell me the truth anymore." I told him, "You can either give my dad the key to my car and he can leave without paying, or you can put the old radio back into my car and I will go have it fixed at 'the competitor." Three hours later, I got my car back. The owner told me he, "was just going to have to eat the price of the radio." Now... the worst part about this whole story?? When I went to change my XM service to the new Radio ID, it was the same ID number. I didn't need to have a new signal sent to my radio because it was the same one I was using. For anyone who understands SiriusXM, you will know, it wasn't a new radio put in my car. It was the same radio. However, the back-up camera worked now.... which means, I was lied to the ENTIRE time by Tint World. The original radio was good, it always worked, but it was installed by Tint World incorrectly. read more

Drove our 2018 Jeep Wrangler unlimited to Tint World on Saturday, June 9th to get an estimate for tinting all the windows with their carbon tint. The lady at the front desk said it would be $309 total and she even asked a lady that was in the shop area if $309 was correct and the lady said "the four door Jeep" and we said yes and she said "yup $309" so we scheduled to drop off the Jeep on Wednesday, June 13th at noon and she wrote our info into the scheduling book along with the price of $309. We dropped it off at noon and we told the lady behind the counter we had found a Tint World coupon online for $30 off a full tint job and she said that's fine we could use it so we were at this point planning on spending $279 for a full tint job. We signed a work order with the quote for $309 on it and using the coupon to take $30 off that price. We received a call around 4pm from the lady behind the desk and she said she had "misquoted" the price to us and she didn't realize there were "two extra windows" in the back. So now she said the price was going to be $359 and we could still use our coupon a total after the coupon of $329. I want to be as nice as possible here. So the lady behind the desk who talks to you when you come in seems clueless. She doesn't know the prices apparently and had a lot more questions than answers. So I told her over the phone to just do it because what was I going to say take the tint off?! To say the least it seems a little shady and it is also bad business in my opinion to Change the price of something after you have already quoted it and signed a work order. I would have even been happy to split the difference with the place but that was not an option apparently. To say the least I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone I know, no one likes to be taken advantage of and that's how my wife and I feel. read more

I took in my Toyota FJ Cruiser for the windshield and two front windows. I got the premium tinting and it came out great! A long with the FJ I also took in my Ford Focus at the same time to upgrade the two front door speakers and that also was done very professionally! I called to make an appointment and the woman at the front desk was very professional and nice. Even the guys in the shop were very professional, nice, and knowledgable. Outstanding service!
