The menu has crazy range with very few misses. My go to is typically their pad kee mao chicken with spice 3, but their mama o-ho, pad thai, and crab fried rice are also really good. Their Beef noodle soup is on my radar to try when its not 100+ outside. Compared to Carollton location: At one point in the beginning it seemed like maybe the portions were a bit smaller (maybe they closed the gap recently)? Also I typically order one spice level above what I would at Carollton since it seems like it tends to come out less spicy at the same level here. Not sure if its just me... The crab fried rice is extremely flavorful, but the times I've ordered it my wife and I ordered it as a third dish to share and took most of it back home. As a main dish it only comes with the crab meat and rice, so it might not be a balanced meal to have on its own but it compliments other dishes well if you're sharing with others. The crab flavor really comes through and its reasonably priced. Its a nice touch that they also give you rewards and some cash back from time to time. So glad there are two locations!

Almost everything was delicious, just the pink milk tea was not popular because it resembled an overly sweet strawberry milk. I liked the Khao soi flavor and richness with coconut! The sukothai was also nice and a fun mix to eat. I look forward to trying different items next time.

Usually, I also get the fried chicken gizzards but tried the fried chicken cartilage. The batter coating could've been thinner and have more seasoning instead of relying on the side sauce for flavor. The texture of cartilage was good though. The champon is pretty salty and misses depth of flavor. Overall, I like trying new things here but my favorites are Tear Drop roll and chicken gizzards.

Even though the employee had yet to interact with me, I am prompted for a gratuity. The photos showcasing the menu items were not helpful. For instance, the photo for the Kalua Combo showed a chicken dish and Kalua Pork. When I was prompted for a chicken item, there were no photos. I could not select the chicken shown in the entree. Unlike the online menu which included Teriyaki Chicken, I only recall BBQ Chicken and Chicken Katsu as options. Fortunately, I opted for the Chicken Katsu. For my beverage, I chose a Hawaiian Sun canned drink. My order was served within 9 minutes. The service already did not match the gratuity. When I asked about my drink, I was pointed to the display case by the kiosk. Sadly, beverage delivery was neither one of her responsibilities nor included service. On their menu, "veggies" was included in various entrees. Veggie would have been a better description as the only vegetable was cabbage leaves. The cabbage was placed underneath the chicken and pork. The water from the cabbage caused the bottom portions of the meat to be soggy. Due to being breaded, the chicken was not as affected as the pork. Of the items served, I enjoyed the macaroni salad the most. It had plenty of flavor. The Kalua Pork which were not soaked in cabbage juice had an okay taste. Not only did the breading on Chicken Katsu provide flavor, it protected the chicken meat from being soggy. While a fork was served with my food, I had to grab a knife from the dispenser. The Chicken Katsu could have been eaten with a fork alone; the cabbage would have been difficult.
