The following Tuesday, I get a call from a technician saying he's on his way to my house -- completely out of the blue. Loyal scheduled the appointment without ever contacting me or getting my approval. Then, two days later, I receive a $100 bill for "dispatch and arrival of technician"... for an appointment I never scheduled, a faucet that had already been fixed by someone else, and a tech I only spoke to on the phone. How does that make any sense? To make matters worse, no one will answer the phone so I can ask why I was charged or tell them I won't be paying for a service I never agreed to. The lack of communication and the unauthorized scheduling is absolutely ridiculous.

They are very professional, honest, transparent, efficient, clean, courteous, timely and just all-around nice guys. I thought my water heater was failing because the pressure release valve kept popping. They did a quick yet thorough trouble shooting inspection. Turns out the pressure regulator on the water main had failed and taken out the expansion tank as well. The repair was half the price and they had all the parts on the truck with them. Before starting any work they went through the pricing and gave me options. The work was quick and clean. Can't say enough good things about Star Plumbing!
