I was told by a euro shop my car needed a new engine and quoted me 15-20k, William told me he didn't see why they couldn't fix it and sure enough he was able to fix it himself and saved me a lot of money. So if you want to go to a shop that actually looks out for you, go to sailors(: Thank you!

I informed him Lexus recommends never to mix universal coolant with Lexus lifetime coolant. The rep responded with a smirk, "ok, then I won't top it off". It's important to me that the proper fluids are being used as recommended. I'd rather pay Lexus that extra $30 and drive another 15 min to ensure my investment is being cared for as recommended. However, to their credit, Oil change was done in a reasonable time frame.

I really wanted to love this shop based on their seemingly perfect 5-star rating. Service Advisor…read moreBrandon was excellent - professional, communicative, and the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. However, the pricing is simply "stratosphere" high. It eludes me how some comments indicate "fair pricing." I paid over $200 for a diagnostic ($80 for an initial inspection and an additional $119 for a cleanup/secondary inspection) just to identify an oil leak which was part of 4 additional leaks but the former was the lesser of the 4 evils. The issue turned out to be a bad Rear Main Seal which they came back at $4,300 based on 20.3 hours of labor. The explanation was that the engine and transmission both needed to be removed. After spending an afternoon consulting several other reputable shops, the highest quote I received was $2,750. Here's the kicker: On a hunch, I called a dealership to see how close they came to their price. How close? The dealership quoted me $2,901.05 out the door. By the way, all shops confirmed that a full "engine out" procedure is not the industry standard for this seal replacement. And even utilizing the latter method, the highest bid was for 16 hours. And yes, I shared with all shops and the dealership I called that my vehicle is AWD. Quotes for spark plugs ($450+) and O2 sensors ($1,100+) were equally jarring. While I understand shops have overhead, these prices felt like absolute highway robbery compared to market rates for the same OEM parts and repairs. I appreciated Brandon's transparency, communication, and calm demeanor, but I cannot reconcile the costs here. With these prices, I am honestly at a loss at their perfect 5-star reviews. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Once they replaced the correct hose it was $1600 repair after labor costs. IF ya do business with these guys, I suggest you first bend over and grab your ankles. They were…read morerecommended by someone, don't recall who it was but..........I took my car, a Crossfire in for diagnostics on an inoperable top operation. That diagnosis cost me twice (2X, near $ 400.00) what other shops charge. I was told that the entire convertible top parts needed to be replaced and the only place to get these parts was from somewhere in California at a price of 3 K, no price on the replacement of said parts until the work was done. They showed me Hydraulic fluid under the car and was told it was from one of my car's leaks. I asked for a printout of the diagnosis; was told, for some reason they could only get the first two pages of printout for my records. To me that smelled. In short, I found a mechanic who replaced the two top cylinders (located in the trunk) for $ 500.00 parts and labor, rebuilt parts from Oregon, not CA. That is the only repairs needed, and the so-called Hydraulic leak was not from my car. IF it had been from my car, it would have been from another source according to my mechanic, the oil spot was not there when they parked my car in the garage, so I was supposed to fall for this ruse. No leaks since then, figure that out? I do not know where and how they get their 5-star reviews but as you can see on YELP there are several 1-star reviews from victims such as me, for me it could have been much worse had I not been suspicious. IF you take your car there, be prepared to give them a blank check.

When I arrived, the service manager was good at talking with me and understanding what I needed. He arranged for a shuttle back to my house and I only had to wait about 15 minutes. When I picked up the truck the service manager was able to take my payment without me having to stand in line at a cashier. They removed all their paper floor mats and tags when they gave me the truck. Improve: I am always surprised that they do not do a better job on their out briefings. They just take my money, and send me on my way. I would expect that they would review the work order and the result of their inspections, as well as go over when my next service will occur. They also did not have my tire air pressure set identically though this was on their checklist, but the service manager fixed that when I brought it to his attention.
