I paid $70.00 dollars for a oil change and they broke my coolant line ? yes. I took it to Mccorkendale's out by Lake Tapawingo on 40 hwy. The amount to repair the car is more than the value, so I've opted to not get it fixed. Instead invest that amount in a new car. Only had the pleasure of dealing with Brian but he was phonomenal. The person I was speaking with then questioned why I would ask about the warranty and seemed offended by my question. In his words, "No one has ever asked me that question before." I find it odd, first someone would question a customer asking about how the warranty coverage works on a $2000 investment in a rebuilt transmission and 2nd customers typically don't ask warranty questions. Just a bizarre, brief, back and forth between myself and the sales associate over warranty questions that convinced me based on this customer service experience alone I would not do business with this shop.
