I had service code 1235, which was oil change, transmission service, coolant service, air and cabin filter replacement. They basically gave me the car back with a massive oil leak. I had to take the car back the next day to have it fixed. I have massive amounts of oil all over my driveway and the worst thing is, after they fixed the leak they didn't even refill my oil. I checked after I got home and it doesn't even register on the dipstick. Now I'm going to have to take my car back yet a 3rd time to have oil added. The quality of work at this place is not good!

I brought my Rav-4 in and after a few days they finally were able to tell me it was my head gasket. After pulling apart my engine they said they needed to send it to a machine shop be because it was warped. After three weeks of having my car I asked about when I could expect it to be finished and of course I would have to wait another week because Thanksgiving was coming and they didn't work over the holiday. They had my car almost 5 weeks and after $7000 later I finally got my car. I went in to pick it up and was told for the first time they don't take checks. Scott told me, "who writes checks anymore?" Well, I do and that was so uncalled for she disrespectful. I had to pick my car up the next day because of this. So fast forward April and my car was not accelerating. I took it to them, again thinking it was still the same issue. I told Scott what the issue was and he set an appointment for me and when I brought it in he said the person that worked on my car was out on bereavement and wouldn't be back for a week. He also didn't believe what I told him was wrong over the phone because there was no engine light on. Now, as I brought it in there was a light on and he said,"oh it is acting up then?" What? He called me the next week and said they did a few diagnostic tests and still can't figure it out and I already owe like $900 and I would have to pay for it out of my pocket. Eventually, they figured out it was the catalytic converter which is right under the head gasket. I feel they should have fixed that as a part of the head gasket but another $2300 later. Scott called me and said the catalytic converter was on back order and it would be ready in September or October. It's now May. He said, "that's why I have three cars. Are you kidding me? Who has three cars just in case one car is not working? I will never go back there again and actually traded my car in for a new one. $900 in diagnostics alone. Obviously they have no ideas what they are doing. Save yourself time and money don't go there.

After the old man sold the business it just wasn't the same treatment, repair quality, or pricing for any of my vehicles. They forgot to do this or that, gave me the cold shoulder after I mentioned it, and price estimates through the roof! If I wanted dealer pricing, I'd just go to Aristocrat! Last straw was this crazy high estimate that just screamed "get a second opinion"! I did...at Rennsport. And lo and behold, they did the exact same repair for $3100 less!! That's not a typo...$3100 less than I-Masters wanted. I just don't feel the love any more so I'm out! I need a shop that has my back, not one that's always trying to put me on my back!

If you are a woman, DO NOT COME HERE! The owner took advantage of my desperation of me needing my…read morecar fixed. The owner overcharged me and told me that it was at his discretion to do so. I was quoted one price by the head repairman (who runs the shop when the owner is out) prior to working on my car. After the work was done, I was quoted a new price by the owner which was almost $300 more. Not only was I overcharged for labor I did not approve to be done on my car prior, they also broke a valve on my engine. Instead of notifying me about it and fixing what they broke, they decided to GLUE the hose over the broken valve hole with a silicone adhesive. This of course wore off over time and caused my car to break down only 4 months later! They are the only shop to EVER do work on my engine/spark plugs prior to my car breaking down again 4 months later for the very reason they overcharged me to fix! To overcharge me, speak to me condescendingly, and to break something without properly fixing it is such a horrible way to run a business.
