They are honest people and do not pressure you into getting something you don't need. It's really hard to find an auto shop that makes me feel this comfortable given I have little knowledge about cars. I needed 2 tires replaced and call other places in town to get a quote and it was hard to get straight answer from anyone. I just needed an estimation and nothing has to be set in stone but I felt like no-one could do that. So I asked Jeff at Revline for an estimate and had a few other questions he was able to answer them and that made me feel comfortable about making an appointment and order the tires I needed. I felt like the price he quoted was fair and the approximate time for the service to be complete was definitely reasonable. I highly recommend giving them a call here if you ever need any work done on your car. They will do a great job and won't waste the whole day doing it.

If it's not broke, and you don't need to spend the money yet, they will tell you. If it IS broke, and your worst enemy should not drive it, Charlie will break the news gently (and usually with just enough salty humor, you leave smiling about having to dump more $ into an old car). You won't get the dealer waiting room, but you will get treated like a real person and they have no problem taking the time to listen, explain and share a slice of life. One final note-had to tow a car in this mint for a broken starter and the tow guy spent 5 min talking about Charlie and his staff saying he usually hears one negative comment or more about all mechanics but has never heard anything but positive feedback about Charlie and his staff. They can't do everything but almost and I wouldn't hesitate to send my family to this shop.

You can find it at Eagle Valley. I have had several cars now with lots of different issues and they did a great job. They called and kept me apprised of the progress along the way. It was going to cost $12k. I've used Leibrand's in the past and knew they'd give me honest answers. They fixed the cracked head for 1/3 the price of the other shop. They were great and communicated everything I needed. They gave me 3 options to fix it along with reasonable quotes. Since I'm retired and on a fixed income, I chose the cheapest route. They fixed it but I had a related issue that showed up after driving it about 10 miles. I took the car back and left it after-hours along with a phone message explaining the problem. They called the following morning and told me what they found, fixed it and to come get it, no charge. While I may have experienced some inconvenience, I considered it minor and was treated courteously with the utmost respect. I have to say, their technicians are professional and the one who worked on my car explained what he discovered and showed me the part that failed and what I needed to do next, maintenance-wise. The work bays are the cleanest of any shop I've ever seen. I highly recommend Leibrand's, you won't regret it.
