The quality of service was great as well, Charles did a great job working with me and I helped identify the problem and he gave me options and ultimately cared about my wallet which was ideal. The value was also good. The patch was a 1/10th of a cost of new tire and with only 10,000 miles on my tires I really didn't want to have to have a new tire if I didn't need it. Had I read the recent reviews of this store I would have noticed several that illustrate how they have incompetent technicians and obviously the management takes advantage of their customers. Over time the wheel bearing got worse and worse. I finally went to another mechanic and got it fixed properly. The manager lied to my face multiple times and did it with a smile on his face.
