Here's why: These juices are PACKED with incredibly important nutrients, vitamins, minerals - everything important your body needs. They use live, raw ingredients (the good parts of the fruits/vegetables you eat, that becomes minimized when cooked). When you're not getting these ingredients to the full, you're not doing any benefits from your body. I love snagging a good Simplicity juice and going to work. Talk about an energy boost. They're also delicious. My favorites are: Green Blessing, Cayenne Lemon Kicker, and Watermelon Momma. And if you're simply opting to make your cocktails more delicious... they even offer cocktail recipes so you can drink Simplicity long into the weekend. ;) Bonus: The owner Beth is probably one of the coolest, most fun women around. She's so passionate and has an incredible story about how these juices have proven effective in her life. Stop by her shop - she sells some juices out of there and is incredible to chat with.

Holy refreshing juice goodness! Yep, I said it. This juice is heavenly. While I live in Ohio and…read morecan't really get to their retail space, I have tracked it down and I'm so glad I can find it here. I usually pick it up from the Kroger down the street, however I've had the pleasure of enjoying Simplicity Juice on multiple occasions. Whether it's just juice or mixed together with a spirit for a fun cocktail, it's always a five-star in my book. On top of filling my body with fruits and vegetables, and tons of vitamins and nutrients, every time I drink a bottle I know I'm supporting a local, female-owned business. It doesn't get any better than that! For real, for real though, go get you some! I don't think I've ever had a Simplicity Juice I didn't like. If I had to pick a favorite, I would probably go with the "Fresh Air" and the one that has cayenne and lemon. I really like spicy juices. There's honestly an option for anyone. Enjoy!

I've seen a few of them, and much like regular MDs, there are good and bad ones. I chose to go to Speedway Family Physicians because it is near where I work and I could quickly run over there for a lunch time appointment if I needed to be seen. The office is right on Main Street in Speedway, it's an older building, the facility itself does seem in need of an update, a lot of the equipment (scales, the stuff you normally see in an examination room) seems a tad old. The office staff is efficient and mostly polite, some are friendly but it is hit or miss. They seem very busy, and sometimes can act a little put out when you talk to them. It is also kind of weird that even though they are open until 7pm, they stop answering the phones at 4:30. Oh and they do not answer the phones at lunchtime either. The office usually runs late on the appointments, but I've never waited more than a half hour past my appointment time. My main issue with SFP is that it seems to be the training grounds for family practice residents. That's great, these people need a place to learn what they are doing! My problem with this is that when you make an appointment, they do not tell you you are seeing a resident. If you are like me, you only go to see a doctor a couple times a year, so just as you are getting familiar and comfortable with the person treating you, they finish their residency and are gone, so then you are assigned someone new, and have to start the process all over again with a new doctor - explaining your situation, history, what the other doctor was doing to treat you...that was totally frustrating. There are permanent doctors in the practice, however I do not know if they accept new patients. On a positive note, I really liked the second resident I was assigned to and since she stayed in Indy once she was done with her residency, followed her over to her new practice.

You would wonder if these doctors even care about my time. And it cost how much? So after 91 minutes the doctor come for around 8 minutes total time. And during that time he checked my lungs and that's it. Guess I wondering anymore what does a physical check mean anymore? Guess to the medical field it means check the patients lungs and send them away. Guess I'm healthy since my lungs sound okay. So you ask yourself why did I give this place one star. Well I had to pick at least one. I think Community Health owes me for my lost time and the lack of service. Dissatisfied patient Tom
