These patients sing praises about Forte, from the doctors to the nurses to the efficient people at the front desk. From a visitor's point of view, Forte is great. They are very straightforward with their instructions, which I appreciate. Just tell me what to do and what to expect, and I'll do it and expect it. Everything went pretty much according to what they said. They have a smoothly running system here. Visitors can help themselves to the unlimited coffee and water at the coffee and water station. This is where the Little Free Library is located! The waiting room also has multiple seating arrangements, from high-top desks to comfy chairs to love seats. Or, if you need something to eat or drink, there's a cafe on the first floor. (See my separate review for La Verna Cafe.) The waiting room is airy and bright. One thing that's kinda weird is that a "cruise director" comes and talks about what to expect with your surgery ... right in the waiting room, among all those random people. That seems unusual, right? However, there are private rooms that you're taken to when the time comes to talk about your particular case with the doctor. As a visitor who is not a patient, Forte is great. But I've been told that it's also great being a patient here, so there's that.

On the second visit she was very demeaning and will not even consider taking accountability. We felt slighted and rushed through the appt. Also that particular day we had a very negative exchange. With me walking out because of her refusal to offer my son ANY assistance because her office dropped the ball with scheduling his MRI!!! I understand doctor's are human too and everyday isn't a good day. I made it a POINT to humble myself and told my son I intended to apologize to Dr Bush on his next visit. On his 3rd visit it was 10 times worse!!! His appt was at 1030am. We arrived 15 minutes early but was NOT taken to the back for another hour and a half, then sat in one of the patient rooms for 20 more minutes. At this point my son stepped out to use the restroom and then she walked in 5 minutes later. She attempted to push his file back and see another patient but he was walking back to the room and stated Im right here. When she entered the room I immediately stated "Dr Bush I just wanted to apologize for...." Before I could continue she rudely interrupted me mid speech saying "Oh yes YOU WERE REALLY MEAN TO ME AND YOU CANT TALK TO ME THAT WAY!!! Im going to help INSPITE OF HOW YOU TALKED TO ME!!!". At that moment I got quiet and listened to her degrade and stereotype my son. She offered no treatment plan other than ONLY talking about spinal epidural, injections and some type of stimulator. When we expressed our concerns and requested that we do some research about her suggestions. My son stated that hes willing to go to physical therapy but he was leary about injections or other procedures as he had them in the past and had terrible results. She then stated "Well what do you EXPECT ME TO DO?", in a VERY DISMISSIVELY CURT and RUDE fashion. Not to mention when she initially entered the room we were not addressed, she never apologized for her tardiness, the entire time she NEVER MADE EYE CONTACT with my son or me while conversing or aggressively questioning us AND she was on her Apple watch typing the entire time. Then as the experience got heated because HOW DARE WE QUESTION HER, she loudly and harshly stated "Im NOT giving him any pain medicine!!!". Never at any of these appointments has my son or myself brought up or asked for pain medication!!! NEVER!!! Some people sorely need a reality check!!! Me and more importantly my son, the patient felt IGNORED, STEREOTYPED, AGGREGIOUSLY DISMISSED AND DISRESPECTED!!! I wouldn't let her near a loved one and told the AMAZINGLY KIND and CONSIDERATE FRONT OFFICE STAFF, THAT WE WOULD NOT BE
