In my experience, this practice gave the impression that patient care came first, but the way my billing concerns were handled made me feel that collecting money was the main priority. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this place get every statement about pricing, session length, discounts, insurance, and bill negotiations in writing before agreeing to treatment. I am sharing this because I do not want another person to make a major financial decision based on promises that may later change. I will continue documenting what happened, seeking legal advice, and considering complaints with the appropriate agencies regarding the billing practices and representations that were made to me.
