I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic, primarily related to billing transparency…read moreand staff communication. When I scheduled my appointment, I was told that once my insurance benefits were confirmed, the retainer would be refunded, and that benefits would be confirmed the Friday before my appointment. That did not happen. When I called to follow up, I spoke with a staff member (Kandy/Candy) who was dismissive and rude and did not acknowledge the incorrect information I had been given. Instead of clarifying the situation, she stated that "money would be collected just in case," which I found vague and inappropriate. She also appeared unfamiliar with how insurance deductibles work, incorrectly stating that payment was required to meet my 2026 deductible. My insurance resets with the academic year (June 30), not the calendar year. This lack of basic understanding further undermined my confidence in the clinic's billing practices. Because of the misinformation, lack of transparency, and unprofessional communication, I chose not to continue care with this clinic and requested a refund. I would caution others to ask very specific questions about billing and insurance policies before scheduling.

They took care of me and the nurses were so nice and supportive. I felt like they were really helpful when I had questions and the communication was great. I got emotional when I had my embryo transfer and I felt like Dr. O'Leary provided comfort and I felt cared for. The journey to motherhood can be difficult for some, but I feel like with Midwest Fertility Specialists, you will be in good hands! So thankful for them! Expecting my first baby boy due sometime next month!

This is a review for IFI and Bundl (used together) Our experience has not been great since we paid…read more Starting out, getting in contact was easy, they reached out to us for information, and talking through options was easy. Now that we have paid (50K), our meds (ordered by IFI through Bundl), were ordered incorrectly, then never send out, and I had to call multiple different companies (Cloud Rx, IFI, MDR, Bundl) to track down the meds and then we had to confirm what meds were ordered and what quantities (we are not doctors - very overwhelming). Communication through the Prelude app has also been spotty and inconsistent which is very stressful when IVF requires a tight timeline. Overall this has caused significant stress and a cycle delay. We were under the impression that Bundl and IFI would work together to communicate and handle medications and that we wouldn't have to worry about anything, which is not the case. VERY unimpressed with both Bundl and IFI at this point.

My wife and I have been trying for baby #2 for over two years now. Due to insurance changes, we…read morelanded with them after two other clinics we were already working with. We live in Ohio so we had to get sperm shipped to IN which was $900!! That had to be paid upfront and we did get that money back but it took MONTHS! Dr. Jarrett we have met only a handful of times. He is a man of very few words. I made it a point at the beginning to tell him we only want to do this once so the higher the dose of meds, the better. Remember it's two hours each way to get there for us. Egg retrieval was an absolute joke. We got only three eggs and only one fertilized despite 12 eggs showing on the "scan". This whole process took less than 5 mins. My express car oil changes take longer than that. The doctor probably saw us a total of 30 mins for $25,000?! I honestly don't recommend them. Some of the staff is nice but we are at their mercy wanting a family or to expand it. More disappointment came on FET day when we didn't even get a picture of our embryo baby. So there is no "proof" of what they are putting in you. They gave us some IVF socks and chocolate. But at the end of the day, after that much commitment (on our part end) to this emotional journey, it was not worth it. Go somewhere else.

I was treated incredibly cold at that point and axe to feel guilty after I did everything I was asked to without hesitation. Phone calls stopped being returned and they did not care about what was best for me. I think very highly of Dr Jarrett and what he does for patients but I will not recommend anyone to this office after the way I was treated.

One was born via IVF, and the other two were born after frozen transfer. After the first frozen transfer didn't work (odds are it won't) Dr. Jarrett personally called my Wife to console her and encourage her to try again. We did, and that's when our beautiful twins were born. From beginning to end, the process, while stressful, was managed very well by Dr. Jarrett and his staff so as to minimize confusion and stress. I can't recommend these people enough. Go to http://fertilitysuccessrates.com/report/Indiana/women-under-35/data.html and see for yourself. While Dr. Jarrett does not have the highest success rate, you will also see that's he's performed more than all but one other clinic and he's in the ballpark. If you look at older age groups, you'll see there's no comparison.
