The group consists of about 10 doctors. I did my research on all of them, and chose one I liked best. Unfortunately, when I called, that doctor did not have any openings within the time period I needed to be seen, so they referred me to a different doctor. Fine. No biggie. Except that when I first came in, they explained to me that it isn't likely that my doctor would be the one to deliver the baby; because they work as a team, and whoever is on call that night would do it. They suggested I try to meet as many of the docs as possible prior to delivery. I just feel like that is important to know - in case you don't feel comfortable with somebody you have never met delivering your baby. I tried to meet as many of them as possible. I met all but 3, I believe, and it so happened that one of the ones I had not met was on call. But it ended up being a great experience, and she is now my favorite out of all of them, and I go back to see her for regular annual exams now. :) Other than that, the parking is convenient and ample, the receptionists are okay (sometimes they sound annoyed and are not very helpful). If you schedule appointments in the morning, you shouldn't have much of a wait. If you schedule appointments in the afternoon, make yourself comfortable. I have waited up to 45 mins.

My scar was horrible and I had to have it reconstructed with another doctor of course due to the lack of care and empathy from this one! She was rude to me while I was under this state. She stated " we've done everything to accommodate you what else do you think we can do"! Mind you I never was rude I was simply asking questions which she was offended by. I was traveling 3hrs for weekly follow ups and I was very scared as my tummy tuck looked horrible and scary. She has no empathy and bed side manner, go someplace else! I feel comfortable with him and appreciate the care he provides. I recently came in for an appointment, and everything went as planned. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room before being called back, which I appreciated. My provider ordered lab work, which they are normally able to complete in the office. However, on this particular day, they were understaffed and very busy, so I was asked to go to the main hospital lab instead. I had no issue with that and was able to complete my labs there without a problem. For anyone coming to this office, the easiest entrance to use is Door 11, which is the Women's Care entrance located near the ER. This was my first time using that entrance, and the parking lot was completely full when I arrived. I ended up parking farther away, but thankfully I'm able to walk and the weather was nice. Once inside, the office was easy enough to find. The only challenging part was navigating from the office to the main hospital lab. The walkways can be a little confusing, and I found myself turned around briefly, but I was eventually able to find the lab and make my way back to the entrance I came through afterward.

My first visit was a very easant experience. The office staff were cordial. Upon meeting Dr Campbell, I was a little uncertain if I wanted to stay with this medical group. But after a few visits, I began to feel much more comfortable with not just him, but with the other Doctors in the office. I contribute my initial uncertainty with being a young mother-to-be and not knowing what to expect throughout the 9 months. As my delivery time approached, Dr Campbell made me comfortable by telling me not to worry. At delivery time and after 13 hrs of labor, I had to have a C-section. Once again, being young, I didnt know what to expect, but Dr Campbell put my mind at ease throughout my entire hospital stay. My husband was very comfortable with this group of Drs.

The nurses- both day and Night Shift were friendly, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. Same goes for the doctor we saw in triage before my doctor arrived. Add to that, the cleaning staff were also so personable and helpful. They give great tours in advance so you're comfortable for when you arrive for delivery. They answer all your questions, show you where you'll be and talk about what to expect. They also make notes of your birth plan or preferences so they know in advance. Also, this hospital has amazing food. Seriously. I ate every chance I got haha they told me each delivery would happen "within an hour" however we normally received it in 10 minutes or less. What a friendly, peaceful place to bring your new baby into the world.

Due to a massive fibroid, I had to have a hysterectomy to save my life. I had been experiencing…read moresevere bleeding for years, but it finally got to the point of being quite dangerous. The experience was pretty awful! Due to the size of the mass that they had to remove, my incision was 7 inches long. The anesthesiologist didn't know what he was doing. I don't know where he was trained, but common sense says that you don't want a patient with a fresh incision down the abdomen to be nauseous and vomiting in recovery. I will never forget the torture of those 20 minutes of retching in the recovery room! I would retch, then scream, retch, then scream for 20 AGONIZING MINUTES! It felt like I was being ripped open inch by inch! His name isn't on any of the paperwork, which is rather suspicious... The nurses that took care of me for the next three days were AMAZING, though! They were wonderful and helped to make the whole wretched experience bearable!
